“Julio, the owner, is a true angel. While we were staying at Best Western in Lebec our car was broken into, back hatch window smashed and items stolen. I called United Auto Glass in Bakersfield, and although he could not find the right window replacement he and his assistant drove 40 minutes out to the hotel and covered the window with plastic sheeting and tape. He was so kind and helpful and showed us that he really cared. The world could use more people like Julio.”
“They did quality work on my 2024 Prius Prime. Very happy with the results. Highly recommend them. Make sure to make an appointment and that way you can get a quote. Llumar IRX Ceramic tint, which provides great heat rejection, was the one they used for the windows and Llumar Air 70 for the moonroof. Out of all of the companies I was able to get quotes for window tinting, they were the most reasonable.”

“I had been so stressed about where to go to get my windshield replaced and when I asked family members they suggested I come here. I made the trip and was so thankful I walked in. Even though the receptionist had closed out their station another employee was gracious enough to boot up a computer and give me an estimate. He was so kind and answered all my questions. “My daughter's car was vandalized last night, and it looked as if a bb was shot at her window. It was on the verge of shattering when she saw it this morning. I messaged and called a few places before finding this place on Yelp, and I'm so thankful I did! I called, around 2 pm, and the man who answered said to come right in before 3 pm. My daughter drove her car there, and since I was at work, she was adulting all by her self! She said the workers were so nice to her and a fellow customer, and one of the employees bought her bottled water. They managed to get the window for her car and charged her less than $200. I went straight there after work to check on her, and they were finished, so they finished her window in about an hour and a half. I appreciate how they took care of my daughter and her window. My daughter works part-time, attends SJVC twice a week (full days), and interns at Mercy SW (8 hours) every Saturday and Sunday (which she had to miss today because of this inconvenience), so to get this taken care of with ease, I am so grateful, thank you!”
“I came into United Collision because a coyote ran out in front of my car, and damaged my front end. My husband has had work done by Isa before, and he highly recommended that I bring my car to him. I was so happy with the service I received at United Collision! They had my car up and running in no time at all! They went above and beyond! My car needed a new bumper, and other repairs. They did a beautiful job, and even buffed out a stubborn grease spot that had nothing to do with the initial accident. I'm very pleased, and will definitely be recommending to everyone who needs work done on their cars.”

“Went in today (3/9/24 a SATURDAY) at 10:30a to get my windshield replaced. Since it was Saturday I figured it would be some kind of foot traffic. I ended up leaving my car because he had a lot of services to do before mine (there was about 3-4 people ahead of me). He's by far the best when it comes to price in Bakersfield. It was him and another worker he had with him. They had their hands full respectfully. I ended up leaving my car and left with my hubby b/c of other obligations we needed to tend to...anywho my car was ready at the time they told us to return. Great service!!”
