Juan very friendly and Has a great team!!! I see why people say don't judge a book by its cover you shouldn't anyway but don't let it deter you elsewhere they did a great job inside and out..it was an older vehicle and they made it look so fresh and new ...I even left my charger connected ...I didn't find it and they said everything will be in the trunk we find...sure enough there everything was...Juan also referred us to a auto repair for the AC ...I wish now I would've bought them all lunch for their good and hard work..?Services: Auto detailing

I went today 06/11/21 and let me say this place is amazing!!!!! My car is a 2002 chevy trailblazer and its been through alot and when i got my van it looked brand new! smelled great and i was just in awe. the staff is incredibly nice and they take their job seriously! highly Recommend!!!!Services: Auto detailing

The service to get an appointment was nice. I have a new born so I needed to get my car detailed. My grandma drive 3 hours since I'm here in Bakersfield by myself to drop off my car then pick it up when they are done which would had been 6 hours. We drive across town which took 23 minutes and qhwn I got there I couldn't find the location. I called and the guy just gave me the address as if I didn't have the address to get to the place In the first place. After 20 minutes of driving around I texted him and said I was leaving. I was suprised he didn't say I'll wait outside for you. Like other business owners would. It was a sketchy area and I wasn't comfortable out there waiting for communication from him with a newborn. Then when I texted him to please send me a photo of the location. So I can make another appointment next time. He read me text and never responded. Which was weird considering he was very responsive until I asked for a photo. Huge red flag for me !!!!
