I was shopping at Burlington and a Rude worker towards me and my elderly mother super rude with attitude and giving mean looks at customers for no reason. The workers there shouldn't have attitude if that's the job that they applied for. Won't ever come back here again rude service.

Yesterday a homeless man entered the premises and started harassing the employees and customers with pepper spray. I was shopping for a new shirt and he also came up to me asking me if I wanted to get pepper sprayed. The loss prevention team stepped in and took appropriate action towards this man who was threatening people with bodily harm. Thank you to the loss prevention team at Burlington who helped keep the customers safe. If it was not for the loss prevention team Burlington could’ve faced some serious legal issues for allowing that man to be in the premises.

This location is for the most part ok ?? , but I pushed the button to the restroom and no one showed up so I found the manager and asked if she could get someone to open it for me and she told me to "hold on" and proceeded with her conversation and work with one of her employees for another few minutes looking over at me every once in awhile to make sure I was still waiting. I asked another worker who she was and they told me she was the manager. This manager Ana was so rude with the tone of voice and body language. Great way to treat your customers! P.S. This is not the first time I've had a bad encounter at this location with bad customer service

Customer service at the Bakersfield location is trash!!! My kids had to use the restroom, when I asked for the restroom code the young lady lied in my face and said they are out of order…this is after I watched her open it for another lady..or maybe her phone was more important than opening the restroom. After 15-20 minutes the security kindly helped us…I think his name is Destine..he’s a tall male with dread locs…Give Him A Raise!!!

Good stuff at good prices but it was filthy. It takes a code to get into the bathroom which was disgusting.

I am a loyal shopper at Burlington, both as a rewards member and a credit card member. Today, I visited the store to return a defective water tumbler that cost $6.99. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the receipt for it, as I usually receive it through email. Despite my situation, the manager named Tyler informed me that they couldn't process a refund without a receipt. While I understand their policy, it is disheartening and disappointing that I can't have peace of mind when returning items without a receipt, especially when I haven't received it or misplaced it. It is my hope that Tyler receives recognition for saving the store $6.99, rather than prioritizing the satisfaction of a frequent customer. It seems that incidents like these only happen in Bakersfield.

Too messy. It's hard to find the stuff. Burlington thinks that throws all the junks in the store and that people will buy. Need to put properly, employees they don't give a F--- . So this is advice to Manager, to tight all the staff.

I like shopping at Burlington. They always have what I need anymore. However, I spend a lot of money here to not be able to use the restroom for me and my toddler that should be number one and convenient. There are two security guards. There should be one at the front door, and one by the restroom if they are concerned about people taking their merchandise to the restroom. As well as the cashiers need to not be so rude when they’re calling the next person in line, it takes time to get down. The isles that are full of stuff that are thrown merchandise everywhere from little kids. I think to have somebody constantly picking up stuff off those isles would be more convenient And faster for us to get through the cashier line instead, you guys have it full of merchandise and half that stuff is thrown on the floor
