Treated me with scorn because I didn’t want to sign up for their silly club. Hey Boot Barn… when we wait in the slowest line in town and pay an extra $50 more than we would at other places just to get our boots from you, there are only two words we want to hear you say… that’s “Thank You!”

Always welcomed as you walk in to the store. After a couple of minutes you are approached by an associate if there's anything they can help you with, if not they provide you with their name incase you are in need. You can definitely tell management plays a big role in the experience you receive from beginning to end. Keep up the domino effect of customer satisfaction.

What can you say about the boot barn but wow! Amazing selection. If you don't find what you're looking for they help you find it! Biry was exceptional in customer service!

Slow... Slow... Slow..This place sucks. I count 7 employees and only 1 register going. Then when I ask what's going on with this 1 register they responded "we're short staffed". Ok then why is the line 15 ppl deep and you have employees walking around talking to each other like there nothing to do. Place blows. At least the one on Buck Owens.

I went with a voucher my employer gave me days prior. Plenty of parking. Not too crowded inside. Was greeted at the door, very friendly staff, complimenting how adorable my 3 year old daughter is. She loved the attention. A tall guy with a black hat, didn't catch his name, escorted me to the FR clothing and made sure that was all I needed. Overall a great visit, staff super awesome and helpful.
