Horrible place. Took in my phone for a battery replacement had such a bad experience. Took it in on a Thursday got told couldn't guarantee by end of day but next morning. Went back Friday afternoon and got told they couldn't call me but it wasn't ready. Waited another day and I had to call for an update and they didn't even know about my phone. Got told I probably had the wrong location. Went down to just pick up my phone all of a sudden my phone was ready. How convenient. Waist of my time not worth the hassle. Talked to multiple people and everyone had excuses for the other employees. Don't recommend it if you are looking for a professional place.

They don't mind wasting your time.I called earlier to ask if I could "Reboost" using a reboost card over the phone.The cashier gave me this long-winded, vague response. Yes. They can process payments at the store with cash, credit and debit but check online and the app for more options??? She invited me to come in to make my payment. Yes. They can process payments. Yes.I guess that was her way of saying, We CAN process a cash payment for an extra SERVICE FEE, without actually saying it.(I was having issues with the website, the app AND I couldn't even call the call center. That was why I even called the store.)Train your employees better.I was wondering why she sounded like a robot. She was just trying to have me go there so I can pay extra without admitting it. Might as well pay the $8(?) "service fee" because I'm already there lololol Waste of time. Unprofessional. Inefficient.I hope this store shuts down.Be direct with customers and don't waste our time.

Boost mobile customer service was the best I have had anywhere in bakers field there a little slow on the. Activation of the phone phone but that due to customers not having right info when was asked for thank you boost for a device and service pervided thanks arg

I love this store! By far the best customer service of all the stores I’ve been in. All of the employees are very helpful. They alway go out of their way to bring whatever phone or case I need from another store. I live across town but I’ll always drive across town even if all I need to do is pay my bill.

The recent remodeling of the store has given the store a breath of fresh air. It looks so classy and clean. Which I'm sure their neighbors would agree it looks really nice. They have installed safety features and practice social distancing which shows a great commitment to keeping their customers safe and our community healthy. And their customer service is second to none.

Was able to update the information. I was looking for more information about products have boost Mobile have. I was able to talk to associate at the store and they were able to provide me the information I needed in a quick and timely manner.
