Worst service I've ever received. I went in for a replacement phone after my phone was stolen. Not only wouldn't they give me a good deal, the girl was so rude and not helpful at all. I asked her for my account number. She said she wasn't allowed to give that information so I drove all the way home 5 miles and called Boost CS. They told me to go back and demand my account number. She did finally pull that information up on her computer but then she gave me the wrong number. She mixed up one digit. Very rude and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE UVE EVER RECEIVED!!!

Very friendly staff here. Excellent customer service. Lot of products in stock. And you are also able to get cash back off your debit account a lot cheaper and the ATM at the banks.

This company will illegally take claim over your privately owned iphone even if you purchased it directly through APPLE. All of their brainwashed customer service representatives will tell you that it is policy for them to lock your phone for one year after activation with Boost, even if you haven't signed a contract with them. They will "submit a request," for your phone to be unlocked and will tell you that you will receive an email in three days when it it is unlocked, however it won't actually get unlocked. basicallyEven if you purchase a phone directly from Apple, the moment you put a Boost sim card in your phone, even without signing any contract, they WILL take claim of your phone, without any legal grounds whatsoever. we never signed a contract,we were never provided any legal disclosure, and after 7 months, we still can't use our perfectly good, privately owned iphone. For the record, we have service with T-mobile, who OWNS BOOST.

What were the brand awesome awesome sales promotions many many phones to choose from if you switch over you get an LG of any price free it lets you pay for the service in your phone with acting you can also get just about anything else it's better than the service start for the dollar store very friendly very helpful
