“They began repairs almost immediately after paperwork was signed. They kept continuous communication about my cars status (i.e break down, repairs, paint shop) through a link, and text messages. When they called me and left voicemails they left detailed messages about my information and what they were calling about making the return call easy to navigate. They gave me a prompt date for my car return and actually finished before the time line. They also accommodated me by coming to my house when they needed my spare keys for reprogramming and dropped my vehicle off at home for me! They also did a pretty thorough cleaning which I'm happy about because there was glass everywhere. The repairs look wonderful and my car looks just as it use to. Overall, it's one of the better experiences I've had with a repair shop.”

“My car was pretty smashed up. I chose Alpha Performance after searching online then talking to Adrian on the phone. He sent the tow truck right out and gave me a quick estimate. They handled everything very professionally. And even offered to pay for the rental car for the extra week they had to keep my car. Two guys even stayed late to get my car done when they said it would be done! They even helped me out to get my rental car back to the car rental company so I wouldn’t have to go back the next day. He personally came to our home to quote us on the damages and told us how the repairs would be completed. Our motor home was completed within a few days and the work was impeccable.
