This place sucks!!!! I went there recently to replace my battery and I complained that they had over inflated my tires after asking for it to be checked. when I'm driving my car, I need to have
piece-of-mind that everything about the car is set to the precise specification even the tire pressures. After less than 3/4 of a mile on my way back home, a message came up on the display saying my tire is flat pull over and stop the vehicle. I'm 100% certain when I went to that BMW premisses I had NO punctured tires. But when I left there, my back left tire went flat, I'm absolutely certain nothing was wrong with my tires prior to visiting BMW premisses! Now i'm on the hook for buying a new tire because it's one of those RUN-FLAT tyre. If it was possible to give ZERO star i would have given it! :(

5 Service appointment requests within 2 weeks and no response. Disappointed. I had to take my business up north to BMW of Visalia. I live in Delano, I can just as easily take my business up north to Visalia or Fresno. I had better luck and received good service from BMW of Bakersfield with my previous BMW back in 2022. I don’t know what happened this time.. maybe because I cancelled the first appointment I made ? Something came up. I cancelled. I did not just simply not show up. I live in Delano, it’s not that easy to drive over and still arrive promptly. I couldn’t be late, right ?

Horrible service!! I called because I received a notice of a recall on my car. The lady said she did not see anything on her end with my vin number. Typical ... I have given this dealership numerus of opportunities to proof me wrong. I called Visalia BMW and they found it, scheduled me with a loaner

I contacted this dealership because they had a car I was interested in. I’ve been in contact with them over the phone prior to my solidified interest, and even then they were courteous and respectful. A week later I got into contact with Gio and Jose. I discussed the car (with trade-in) over the phone and in text. They were transparent with the prices, and we worked together to form a deal that worked for both parties. As an individual who works in customer service, I know what talent looks like in customer service. BMW Bakersfield has the same values within all of their employees. Thank you for treating me well for my first BMW.

The woman & gentleman working today in the parts department were very polite and quick to assist me. After I told them I was buying an accessory for my dad as a gift, the lady gave me a BMW bag to put it in. Great service!

Worst dealer ever on service. Just a scam and RIP OFf. Charged over $200.00 to add some brake fluid. Unbelievable!!! Stay as far away from this dealership.

Good service
I bought an i4
It's comfortable
Although the car is planted a lot
Its screen and ambient lights are very striking.
I chose it with driving assistance but it does not stay within the line, it constantly goes off
And be careful because since it has censors that correct you if you get out of line,
like they are not very updated and if there are shadows on the road or other lines it gets confused and takes you out of your lane

Buying a car is sometimes hard but this was a nightmare. These people are always trying to pull something. Specifically the manger of this place. We are buying an expensive car, and they lied about it being certified preowned. But since they advertised it as CPO (which I am convinced is a scam they run) they said they would do the process to make it official.
Well, they did that but wasted our time trying to negotiate some other warranty 5 days after the purchase, then told us we had to sign paperwork all over again, which is insane. Then on the same day they did the HUGE IMPORTANT inspection to certify the car, we found a crack in the windshield. The windshield was listed as inspected. Since they were saying we could not have the car without signing new purchase paperwork, we didn’t own it so we just gave it back. After that they still tried to cash our check. The guy that does their paper work is named Shady. That is just a funny coincidence.
Lastly their tactics were that of an abusive spouse. Gaslighting us at every turn. Always saying they are doing us a favor, which is all wasting our time for them to correct their mistakes. I could go on but why. We followed up with a letter to their general manager and they never responded.

Almost a year after i got my bmw, i still get superb after sale costumer service from Miguel. He assisted me with my concerns outside business hours and coordinated everything well. Im a fully satisfied costumer!

I Went for a part recall and they didn’t put it back together right.i had to get it towed back, so they could fix it correctly.

What sucks about this dealership is if you live 2 +hrs away they will not provide a loaner car for you even when the maintenance will take 2 or more days. You will have to find your own transportation home or spend more money by renting a car.

How many of you know that when you purchase a new car with a warranty, you must also purchase separate and additional warranties for BMW Bakersfield to check out a five-week-old tire that has a leak? I didn't until yesterday. Customer service at BMW is seriously disappointing.
