Young lady I believed named cc helped me out. Very patient. The staff is always on the go helping customers and productive. I just needed 4 copies. Great attitude. A member of the staff went out of his way helping a customer with just so many options and requirements, I was amazed of how professional he and cc carried themselves. Thank you Blue print, I will definitely return for services.

I was in a bind because another print company left me hanging so I decided to give them a call and Jan was amazing. He took the order got everything he needed. Gave me a much cheaper price and what I was gonna pay. And the product came out. Amazing. I was super picky because it’s for my grandmother’s funeral and they seriously came through. I highly recommend them in every aspect.

Good fast service, convenient location, and incredibly nice employees. I came in to pick up some architectural designs from my home remodel, and they were very quick. They even printed an extra copy at no extra cost. No wonder they've been in business so long!

We always get the best signs and service at Blueprint. They are go-to printer in town. When we're in a pinch with signs they have been able to give a quick turn around time while maintaining high quality.

If you like “bait and switch” or to be lied to and ripped off, go ahead and use this place. I asked what it would cost to get 1 page of an electronic plan printed and was told $1.50. Print staff was responsive and immediately got it taken care of. Then I was told by the lady I owed $5.31 for the 1 copy. I asked how I could owe $5,31 when I asked the cost of the job before having it done and was told $1.50. She said they add a $3.50 service charge. I told her if I had been told it would cost $5.00 for the single copy I would not had it printed and she just smiles. If I had not been late for an apt, I would have walked out without it and called the police. DO NOT USE THEM!

I have been sewing for more years than I'd like to admit, and the newest form of sewing patterns is digital delivery. Now, I could print out the patterns on a home printer, or even take them to a regular printing service, but that entails a LOT of pages (think 50+ letter sized), taping them together, then cutting out the pieces. It's a lot of work not to mention time consuming and a lot of tape! I contacted a few print shops and the quotes were ridiculous. One place wanted to charge me $128 per page for glossy poster paper which was way too expensive and elaborate for this purpose. Crazy. I was referred to Blueprint Service by another print shop and WOW. Understood exactly what I needed, printed exactly how I wanted (on one sheet) and the pricing was amazing. $30 for 4 patterns and the instriction booklets. Can't beat that! Plus the job was done in minutes. Excellent service and quality. Thank-you! As I said when I picked them up--You will see me again!

I placed an order via email requesting that it could be printed the next day. Several days later my order was not ready, I called and spoke with an employee and asked them to cancel my order that I did not need it anymore, I had it printed somewhere else due to the time frame in which I needed it.The next week they called me to tell me the order I canceled was ready and requested payment. I explained the situation and that I canceled the order due to a mistake on their end.the woman on the phone demanded that I paid for my canceled order, when I told them that I would not, it was explained me that I would have to pay $45 for an order that I had canceled, before I could place another order with them.The entire situation was handled very unprofessionally.

Had issues with an estimate being higher than quoted in person$30 vs $12, they adjusted to the price discussed and I'm grateful for it.
