first time purchasing a car from Toyota every one said they were good well I purchased a car and the dealer told me the car was high because they put brand new tires later on I find out the person sold the car put the tires on car but the tires are the wrong size and Toyota or corporate wants to not fix the problem and they all say it's okay to drive my car like this I'm not happy about it but it's a money thing one manager told me tired to high and when my tire get old come to him and he will give me a discount that really mad me mad because they should have the right tires so my experience with Toyota I will never buy a car from them again because they treat there customers badly

We were traveling and got stranded late at night at a local restaurant when I went to start the car to leave and got a major brake warning and the car would not start. Towed to Bill Wright Toyota. Got a prompt response the next morning and relief that all the warnings on the dash resulted from a battery issue (dead by the time they opened in the morning.) So the battery was promptly replaced and all of my questions answered. Very professional and helpful staff.

Service here has definitely went down. Albert the service guy I dealt with didn’t bother looking at my profile and charged me services that should have not been charged. They don’t refund a customer after overcharging and said it will be on my profile for next visit as a credit after telling me to come down and we will get it taken care of. He also, came into his office and didn’t even say to me I am taking care of something and will be right with you. Very rude to not acknowledge a customer that is sitting at your desk waiting to speak with you.

After waiting to get the exact trim and color, combo of my RAV4 Hybrid, Thomas Summers of Bill Wright Toyota let me know it was within reach. I put a deposit down, and several weeks later my car was in! Tom was great to work with. He kept me posted on the progress and was actively searching for me from the beginning.When my car arrived it was an overall pleasant experience. I felt at ease and that I was being taken care of by my salesman, Tom Summers and also by the sales manager, Eddie Gomez. Eddie explained everything when I was signing and there was absolutely no pressure!I felt extra special when taken to my car and was handed the keys which was adorned with a big red ribbon! Tom went over the features of my car and assured me it was OK to call with any questions or concerns.I would definitely recommend Bill Wright Toyota of Bakersfield CA to anyone looking for their next vehicle!

Service in terms of quality of work is great. Just had issues with their finance department and services department they don’t communicate well. I was sold a 2 year or 2 synthetic oil changes package. When I go to the service desk they said my car takes conventional and I should get 4 oil changes in 2 years. I was capped at 3 lost an oil change, got the run around they didn’t honor it. I suggest don’t buy the package pay every time you go not worth the hassle. They do a great job work wise.

Nicole was very helpful gave me full feedback on my vehicle also informed me of all the details that needed to be done to my vehicle. The process was done quickly and she met all my needs and went the extra mile to have my vehicle inspected with the issue I spoke with her about great one on one customer service will continue to go back and request my services done with her. They charge $100 for an oil change. I had to wait for two hours from the time of drop off to pick up. This was on a weekday and I had an appointment. Their waiting area has nice amenities, but that two hour wait was a bit excessive. My service advisor, José, was kind and explained what I needed and found me as soon as they were finishing servicing my car. However, the attendant who picked up my car and asked me what I was there for did not look at me once. I don’t know his name. His customer service needed a lot of work. Overall, I thought the price was a little high and the wait was too long. The best part of my experience was my interaction with my service advisor.

I'm a senior citizen so I have bought many new cars over the years. I've had good experiences and bad experiences but this was the best I've ever had. I live 120 miles away but Priuses are very hard to find right now. My research showed they had one on the way, so I called Paul Brown, the sales manager. Our price negotiation was simple and straightforward and we quickly agreed on a price that was essentially MSRP. (A lot of dealers are demanding more than that due to the scarcity of Priuses). He then turned me over to Brittney to work out all the details. She was absolutely amazing. She worked out the out the door price which was exactly what I anticipated based on the price Paul and I had agreed on. Now the best part. I explained to her that, since I would have a 5 hour round trip, I would like to have all the paperwork filled out in advance so I could just sign, give them a cashiers check and drive home. She called me back a few minutes later and offered to drive the car to me with the paperwork to sign at my house!! I never expected that but I quickly accepted her offer. A week later, the car arrived at Bill Wright Toyota and the next day she delivered it to me and spent the time to get our cell phones linked to the car. This was the easiest and most pleasant car purchase I've ever made. Thank you Paul and Brittney.

Greedy $5000.00 markup. Another dealership I will NEVER do business with. There are still dealerships out there that don't need to charge even more on already expensive automobiles that they are getting full MSRP for. Bad form.

Very easy to find and access. From the moment I drove in the service was first class all the way. Everyone who worked there truly enjoyed their job and and made you feel at home with them. The amenities were spotless and clean, the lounge was quiet and welcoming and the restaurant was friendly and serves amazing loaded breakfast burritos.

Alex and Eddie took great care of us. We got a fair deal on a beautiful new hybrid and a great deal on the extended warranty. Alex made sure to get me dialed in on all the features and using the to app features. It was all new to me because this is my first hybrid and my first Toyota. The thing I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured. The process of completing all the paperwork took longer than I would have liked, but, overall, it was a great car buying experience and I love my new Venza! We will be going back for a hybrid truck next year.

Online sales department is dishonest. Major mark-ups for cars they don't even have. Interaction was unpleasant and unforthright. Clear sign they are looking for customers to over charge and manipulate.

My son and I had an amazing experience at Bill Wright Toyota with Justin. He took the time to listen to our needs, no pressure to purchase just wanting to get to know us. I must say I didn't have any intention of purchasing a car but the process was a dream. He even help us get our other car to our home and we drove him back to the dealership. He was all about customer service which was very amazing to see it still exist. We will definitely return again in a few years to purchase another car for my other son. See you in. 3 years.

I came in for a 10,000 mile service for my 2022 Venza. I didn’t have an appointment, so I had to wait about 15 minutes for a service advisor. Nicole was very helpful. She expedited the paperwork. The Bill Wright Toyota waiting room is very spacious. I took a short walk around the block. Read a book for a bit. And my car was done in about an hour and a half. Overall a good experience.
