I had the privilege of working with Ish in what was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle! Ish is truly honest, hard working, and a man of his word! Above all He is an amazing God honoring man! In every way he truly exceeded my expectations and he was able to guide me into getting the truck of my dreams! I want to add that the whole Toyota Team should be proud of the great and efficient business that they do! I strongly encourage you if your in the vehicle buying process to go to Toyota in the auto mall and ask for Ish, you will not regret it!

Three days after my inspection appointment and I still haven’t received any of the information I was promised at all! Honestly not sure if they actually even looked at my vehicle. Not sure what I paid $180 for either… assuming I’m getting treated poorly because I bought my car at a different dealer? Well obviously I won’t be looking to purchase with or get service through Bill Wright in the future after the impression they’ve left. I remember Bill Wright having a great reputation and being genuinely helpful in the past, but it seems like they’ve gotten sloppy and greedy after COVID like pretty much every other car dealer.
My service advisor came across as a bit rude starting with drop off but I assumed he was just having a tough day. Then later when he called me to pick my car up, he said he wouldn’t have any info or results until the following day because the mechanic was writing down all the parts I’d need. I didn’t receive any contact after that, and got the exchange shown in the attached pictures when I reached back out to him again over 24 hours after my appointment. What was sent to me did not contain the promised information, and Bill Wright’s service advisor simply stopped responding rather than doing even the most basic work to help me. I’ve spoken with Toyota corporate and they can confirm there is a note promising I would receive a full estimate, but no additional information beyond what I saw. Really fantastic service guys…

Friendly staff and good service. Edit: I bought the extended warranty and now that I need it because the radio is no longer working I don’t get any help. Supposedly they are waiting for parts to be assembled but it has been 2 months already and I get the same answer every time I call.

In my opinion I think Bill Wright Toyota try’s to take advantage of customers.and recommending work that does not necessarily need to be done. Considering I just had it doe on my last service with another Toyota dealership.
