I will never buy my furniture anywhere but at Savon again. Friendly, knowledgable and personalized service was top notch and quality of the furniture was amazing compared to what I have previously purchased at bigger name stores while prices were very reasonable. All items delivered and assembled on date promised with absolutely zero issues!

Great service. Very friendly people to work with the store is super clean everything has a great price compared to other stores . They will work with you in the pricing . The finance part of it was way to easy . And there was a lot of inventory. Highly recommended.

Yez was terrific with responding to me on social media and helped me have a perfect experienceEDIT: I WAS FORCED to write this review in order to get a promotion they falsely advertised. The people here are shady as hellNew edit: they are trying to say I'm not in their system lol, I bought a mattress here for a new years sale, they promoted giving away new video game consoles but never said the price they just said first come first serve, when I was there they didn't give multiple people consoles because they weren't spending enough, I got mad so yez told me exactly what to write on Google and then asked to see the review before posting in order to get cash and to be quiet on social media about the shady promotion. Do not shop here majority of good reviews are probably from situations like me

Prices are fair. Staff is friendly, but sometimes swamped. They don't pressure you into any purchases.

I need to start off by saying their reviews are very deceiving. My husband and I went in a few times before we made our purchase, during our visits everyone was incredibly nice & accommodating. Ultimately we decided on one of their custom sectionals, my husband went back to purchase it, he was helped by a gentleman & a young lady, both of them where very helpful during his purchase. It wasn't until we started calling in for updates that our nightmare started. We experienced rude phone interactions, no calls backs, complete lack of customer service & ultimately being called liars by one of the managers, he repeatedly told us "I never said that". The only reason for our 5 star review is because one day we had the fortune of calling when "Andrea" was there, she was a breath of fresh air. Everything changed after we talked to her, not only was she kind, polite & apologetic, but she actually called us back! From that point forward she kept us updated until we received our sectional, which we've had for months now & we absolutely love! The quality is there in the items they sell & if you have the fortune of dealing with Andrea, you will have a good experience throughout the whole process, not just during the buying process. Would we go back? Possibly, but we now know who to ask for if we ever do.

Upon arriving, the entrance to the store is beautiful with various beautiful and unique furniture sets. The store is clean and very presentable. With the help of Yaz, we were able to find the sectional couch we wanted. Overall, the experience and customer service was excellent. Thank you, Yaz.
