While they do a great job, I recently had a bad experience with them and I’ll never return. I purchased my dad a gift certificate on Father’s Day for a pedicure for 2 Royal Pedicures for $132. My dad misplaced the gift cert but I saved the receipt just in case to prove my purchase. My dad went in not even a week after me buying it and they said there was nothing they could do. They wouldn’t look into it or anything more. Mind you, my dad and step mom go there all the time which is why I bought it in the first place. You’d think they’d value loyal customers better but I guess not.

I never pamper myself with pedicures, but it was my birthday and my feet were in need of love. We booked an appointment in advance and I highly recommend doing that because it gets busy! Everyone who works there is WONDERFUL. Extremely nice and very friendly! They even gave us cold water bottles as we waited. We all got the deluxe pedicure and it was fantastic. The massage chairs, the citrus slices, the calf and feet massage, all of it - pure joy. Andy is great - I loved talking with him, it was like he was part of our group! Even my husband went and he said "my feet have returned back to when I was first born". Next time I'm in town I'm coming back! Thanks for the pampering!

Walked in to a tiny nail salon that could not service me. Not a friendly environment either. I will not return.

Absolutely loved it here. I’ve had very hostile experiences at nail salons around town but this place is very good with customer service. I walked in right at opening and was asked very nicely to come back an hour later as they had appointments. When I came back they remembered me by name and gave waters to everyone waiting. My tech was great and I love the nails. No complaints for me. Clean, friendly, and beautiful nails.

They are all great. The managers & family are ALL nice. I love the family owned business & atmosphere. They are good to ALL their customers. The do great nails,
( THAT LAST), do great pedicures as well. They are also a very clean shop. I have NEVER had any issues. They do ladies & men.

Came here directly after leaving a different salon that did a horrible job. They fixed them, making them look 1,000 times better! Won't ever make the mistake of going somewhere else again!

The staff is very friendly. Kevin did an amazing job on my nails. This place gets a 10/10 I definetly recommend this place. This is my new place.

I have been coming here for about 3-4 years now. Kevin is the best! He takes his time and he's very meticulous and detail-oriented which I appreciate. He always takes his time and never do I feel rushed. I always get my gel pedicure and manicure with him! He also gives alot of great nail and skin care tips! In addition, his calf and leg messages with the hot oil and hot stones is amazing. He is always so friendly. Thanks for everything Kevin! PS He also knows the hottest color trends, so if you are not sure on the color, ask him!

I've been coming here for almost 2 years and it is always great. All the nail technicians are pro's. Very good customer service too. I'm always beyond satisfied when I am done. The best nail salon in Bako hands down (pun intended).
