“T&L battery to the rescue Needed a battery for my 20 K generator up at cabin. Generator requires a 26G 12 volt. Checked around town nobody had one in stock or said they could get one for me. When I talked to Larry Briscoe he said could get one the next day. When the snow shut down down the grapevine Carlos called me to let me know my battery delivery would be delayed. Friday got a call from George letting me know battery had been delivered, I was down south told them I'd probably pick it up on Monday. We were lucky with traffic coming home so I called them to let I was coming by and that it would be close to 5pm. We pulled up a little after 5, Carlos and George waited for me on a Friday and loaded up my 26G, we took care of paperwork and I was on my way. These guys know their business are friendly and fun to deal with. I highly recommend T&L for all your battery needs....cars, ATVs, motorcycles, motor homes, golf carts, generators anything that requires a battery give them a call first. Al Welte”

“Great service! Had been a few years since I last used the South Union Avenue location, but it doesn't seem to have changed. Park your car, the service person comes out (Andrew in this case) with a rolling tool cart & checks the battery and/or charging system. Was advised my 6+ year old battery had a dead cell in it; consequently, it wasn't holding a charge. Andrew stated the batteries available for my vehicle as well as their price and warranty. After answering a few questions, he removed the old battery, carried it inside, carried the new battery out and installed it. Total time 15-20 minutes maximum. No wasted time, no sales pressure, simple, and friendly. A complete pleasure doing business with.”

“They always have good stuff. There's usually sketchy people on the north end of the parking lot. Sheriff's were there today kicking out the sketchs. Raised the rating from 3 to 4. It will get a 5 rating when they keep the parking lot free of those people.”
