Erma was absolutely outstanding. She will be my service advisor forever now. Excellent demeanor, fun to talk to, professional and knowledgeable.
But most importantly, she had integrity. They made a repair that could have just as easily be twice the price if they lied. They did not. This will be remembered in the future.
I have no reservations working with them in the future.

Service was good, my vehicle was fixed. The customer service of the service staff was lackluster. Stood inside for about 20 minutes unacknowledged. If I didn’t reach out to my service advisor, I would not have known much about what was going on.

Customer service is great. The shuttle ride was good. My only complaint is wait times which seems to be an issue with most customers. Employees are aware that it’s not very organized. People with appointments had wait time issues as well as “walk-in” customers. As a walk-in I waited nearly 4 hours from the time my car entered the lot to when it left the lot. Customers may be happier if when receiving their car back it was washed but I understand that would slow things down more.

My complaint is the lack of communication. I was the first in line at 7:30 am. I was the first person in the waiting room. I watched 20 to 30 people come and go from the waiting room. After no word for 6 hours, I called my Barber Honda service representative. I was told he would be able to return my call in 20 minutes. After one hour and no return call, I called again. I got voice mail and left a message. After 8 hours in the waiting room, after 1.5 hours from my first phone call, the Barber Honda service representative finally contacted me and told me what was happening with my vehicle. He never apologized for not contacting me earlier. He never explained why he failed to return my two phone calls. His lack of communication made my day more stressful and frustrating than it should have been.

Great place to come and buy a new or used vehicle. The service and parts department are the best choice when getting your vehicle back up to tip top shape.
