Worst location ever!! Always only one or two tellers and a line out the door!! Fix it

I came into the branch to order new credit and debit cards because I was unable to do it online. I was told to wait 7-10 business days for them to come in the mail. After waiting, I never received it in the mail so I called customer service. They informed me my cards were NEVER mailed out and no request was made. Now I have to wait ANOTHER 7-10 business days.... What a waste of time.

I went to this location on my lunch hour I do not have much time for Banking With that said one teller and a line out the door This branch needs to have more tellers during busy hours Very disappointed that I have to miss lunch and stand in line for an hour

Disgusting is the best word to describe my experience at this location. Kimberly, is the poorest excuse for someone in customer service I have ever encountered. Extremely unhelpful and downright ugly personality. I have a six digit balance with this bank and would expect at least mediocre service. This experience was so awful I will be closing my account after 15 years. Good job Karen aka Kimberly, you just cost your institution a sizable account.

This is literally the worst bank in town. Hardly any emolyeees. Wait time is outrageous. They really don't care about the time of the customer. They don't do anything to fix this issue. It's an ongoing problem. Every time I come here, I tell myself to never come back.

I do not like Bank America, and this one just reinforces my reasons why.I have been here several times lately and there are only TWO tellers.Two tellers, and I counted 20 customers once, another time 23. What do they think this is, the DMV??The tellers are courteous and professional, but the management needs to focus on customer service- yes I know that is a novel concept for B A.But without customers, there would be no one to be angry and impatient with them. All the times I have been there, there were at least 5 or 6 other employees besides the two tellers .Surely someone else can open up another station when there are so many customers. And while I am complaining, how about spreading the tellers out if you will only commission two to work.Usually they are working at #2 and #3, this does not allow the customers to maintain social distancing. If it is only going to be two, separate them for everyone's safety.
