I went in to get my breaks looked at they charged me $100 alone and on top of that gave me the wrong information about what needed to be changed about my car. Dezarae was the supervisor and I see both girls always flirting with the nosy white guy that sits 2nd seat infront of the check in. They’re there to flirt not work it’s embarrassing I filled a complaint because I was overcharged based on wrong information.

Bad customer service experience/ unprofessional service consultants. Needed a car paint repair service and was told to specifically bring it in a certain day of the week so that I could ensure to receive back by the end of that week. However, I still didn’t get it back until a week later with no courtesy updates about the delay. Once the service was finished, there were still some blemishes I noticed and wanted fixed, I told my service consultant Cristian who acknowledged it and took pics of it with the iPad and never followed up with me about it.

Bakersfield Hyundai set me up with a new car simply, quickly, and easily. Not only did they provide me with a car, but they took care of me every step of the way. The sales people were knowledgable and well-trained, and really made me feel like they had my best interests in mind. The dealership was clean and welcoming and I never felt assaulted with a sales pitch. When I had questions they were answered in terms that I could understand, which I really appreciated since this was my first time buying a new car. Their finance people set me up with a great deal, and I'm happy to support them knowing that my business here goes back into the local community. The next time I need service or help buying another vehicle I will be returning to Bakersfield Hyundai.

Very Bad Hyundai Bakersfield service I visited on 23rd July 2024 for my engine noise issue before dropped my car AC was running good but when I picked up my car started travel on Car AC no cooling when I visited to again Hyundai Bakersfield meet General Manager discussed the issue he said you have to pay fees for fix issue strongly don't visit this Hyundai Bakersfield I sent multiple emails multiple calls to Hyundai but still did get no solution very panic service given by Hyundai Bakersfield I am feeling anginty that was my big mistake to visit Hyundai Bakersfield if customer ask for check performance AC it does not mean my AC was bad, service and repairing is different thing if AC was bad why did not tell Sevice advisor to me during diagnosis of car Now dealership is trying to defense machanic mistakes unprofessional untrained mechanic work Hyundai Bakersfield have not capabilities to fix the customer cars

Very panic service & cheater Hyundai Bakersfield dealer ????
Not to visit Hyundai Bakersfield untrained mechanic Team there because my husband visited this dealership regarding Engine noise they fixed noise issue but they damage Car AC now 0 cooling inside car before visit dealership my husband went to walmart for shopping that time our car AC was good after dropped me my son at home visited to Hyundai Bakersfield for Car Issue Service Advisor hold car for 1 day without checking car than next day when my husband picked up car than came to home no cooling inside car now we complaint to General Manager did not listen our problem even email to hyundai customer care So beware before visit this dealership check your car everything we are facing issue Now driving car without AC Hyundai don't. Care of their customer we have not sufficient funds to diagnosis AC of car ???

Poor business practices. Took my car in because ac was blowing hot. They kept it the entire day and said there was no problem but gave it back to me blowing hot air. Nothing on their invoices showed readings of the ac system which is required by CA state law. I believe they didn't touch my car and gave back to us anyway and lied about doing a service. It was also the end of the month and they possibly didnt want warranty work to go agaisnt their monthly numbers so they blew me off. Took the car back next week and they magically find the problem, a leaking ac line. We wait days for the part to come just to be told now another part is leaking, the compressor. So we went from your car works perfectly fine to it now basically needs a c system overhaul. Now another week later waiting on The compressor car is finally fixed. Return the rental car and now they wanna charge for a few piece of dog hair claiming they have to have it specially cleaned because it's pet hair. Never had an animal in their car but I have pets. I didn't know I was supposed to throughly clean every inch of my clothing before we got in the vehicle. Very disappointed with the people that have been involved in this situation and I highly recommend DO NOT take a rental car from then if you have pets or they will try to screw you on a cleaning fee!!!! I will be contacting the bureau of automotive repair.

Service department is a joke they sent 3 ubers supposedly to pick me up when my car was ready i was waiting 2hrs after 5pm for my uber to come it never came.
My husband ordered an uber for us when we got there we asked who was in charge the receptionist named Christian said uber was in charge. He thougth he was funny, unprofessional mofo.

Our car broke down crossing over the Grapevine. We called Hyundai in Bakersfield. Astrid explained they would be closing at 6:00 and explained where we could park our car. When we got to the dealership it was way past 6:00 and it was Father’s Day. Astrid was still waiting for us. She opened the gate for us to park our car inside the lot. Astrid went above and beyond. We really appreciated her kindness and sacrifice.?

Horrible customer service. Sold my sister a defective car. She’s barely had it three months and has already taken it in three times for the same issue. They constantly say they don’t know what the issue is and that they can’t fix it/figure it out unless it’s brought in when the issue is acting up. After the third visit they finally noticed some wires weren’t in the right place, which first off is horrible in and of itself. How they didn’t notice this until the third visit I don’t know. Also the fact that they didn’t inspect the car before selling it to her and they also tried pinning it on her and weren’t wanting to cover the $2000 cost of repair.
