BIGGEST RIP OFF!!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOATHE MY 2022 OUTLANDER. SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS SCRATCHED UP MY SIDE PANELS WITH THEIR SHOES. IM HAVING ENGINE ISSUES AND AM BEING TOLD I HAVE TO PAY FOR DIAGNOSTIC. LETTERING ALREADY FALLING OFF, THE WEATHER STRIPPING ON TOP IS COMING OFF. WEVE HAD TO TAKE IT BACK 2X FOR SCREEN RECALLS. SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY!! WERE NOT GUARANTEED THAT THESE DEFECTS WILL BE REPLACED. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF!!

Terrible customer service when came to make a payment. Inappropriate conversation and behavior. No one speaks to you unless your purchasing a car. There employee aim to serve and please only people that look like them.

Bought a 2015 Wrangler Unlimited 3.6 L. I have had two days and I love it. The experience was good.Got a great deal for my trade in. They gave me over Kelly Blue Book, to make the deal. Shawn my Salesman was fair and truthful.Joe in finance was easy to work with.

Came back in December to have my car looked at and Paul the service guy helped me told me what was wrong. Had to wait to get it fix due to me being poor. Well I came in to have my car fix and Paul seen me and remember me and our conversation!!!! To me that is awesome customer service I’m sure he see a lot of people daily. I would recommend them. It was a joy also when I bought my car from them.

I visited Automall to checked how much they will give me for my car. I had the Manager to help me, they liked my car but it was to many miles on alreary, so it was denied. I'm happy anyway that it was a good experience.
