Wow one of the best body shops have ever been to . Auto Mall collision center has worked on three of my cars 2 BMWs and one Alpha Romero. The cars always came back just as good as before the accident. They do an amazing job of repairing your car . Always done in a timely fashion too. Junior and his team doing amazing job. Thank you so much Auto Mall collision center.

I went to this shop this week. I was so upset at what happened with my car. Joanna was the employee that helped me from start to finish. She was definitely a light during a bad time!! My insurance was giving pushback and I truly appreciate her hard work dealing with them.Hopefully I don’t have to (lol) but if I’m ever needing a body shop again I’ll be back! The time it was done was amazing!! Way faster than I originally thought

My Bmw was there for a month and a half for a minor fender bender my vehicle was in perfect shape everything worked on the inside the car had zero flaws it was like new I picked it up the first thing I noticed was the drivers side door was falling apart. The door handle wasn't correctly in the place it should of been, wires were almost sticking out then I noticed the writing on the dash was wearing off and a button missing.everything from the weather stripping to the air conditioning, wasn't working correctly. The stereo isn't the same the seats have been taken out the bolts are missing that's bolts the seat down to the floor board. My trunk won't open anymore like it use to the floor Matt's don't fit right. So I'm sure it's the same under the hood. Bmw collision center will rip you off.

The staff has been very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to my vehicle's repairs that were needed. I especially appreciated how straightforward and trustworthy the advisors were. When I got the call that my vehicle was ready for pickup it looked like there was never any damage to begin with! Thank you ACC for making this horrible situation seamless and easy for me! My wife had been without a car for almost 3 months now. Nobody from there calls to update her on the car but she’s the one that has to be calling. They’ve also make so many promises to her car being fixed soon and yet no progress. That’s how you lose customers.

Appears that they know what they're doing or or about, but when insurance wouldn't pay for it they made me pay out of my own pocket for the for part of the estimation. They took my car apart charge me for that and charge me to put it back to two together and I was just there for estimation. I previously gave him four stars but that was before the fact.

First of all, 0 stars should be an option! My $63K vehicle was stolen from their storage area with the key fob that was stolen from their office. It was stolen sometime during the 4th of July weekend. From the photos of the interior of my vehicle, the POS thief had been living in it for a few days. I was awoken @ 3:30am on 7/6 by the Bakersfield Police Department informing me that my vehicle had just been in a high speed pursuit and unfortunately was crashed and totaled. I waited until 10:00am that same day expecting someone from this "business" to contact me. I did not receive a phone call from Automall Collision. I had to call them! Maybe Automall Collision Center should invest in an alarm system?? I highly recommend you DO NOT use this facility.

This place is not trustworthy my vehicle was stolen while in their possession! Had no explanation or even a date it went missing because they didn’t know! Extremely unprofessional do not do business with them as they do not take care of your cars!

This place was very very dirty. I was super disappointed. When I walked into their office, I noticed everyone not wearing their masks. Customers and workers alike. They did not enforce mask usage and there was no hand sanitizer as well. You were also allowed to use the coffee machine. They had. They still had the packets and all the utensils out for anyone to touch or cough on. The main reason we had to drive up there was because even though they said our car was fixed, when we actually drove back from Bakersfield to Arcadia, we noticed something weird about the car. Not only was it filthy with dirty shoe marks, there were still scratch marks and the alignment for the steering wheel was off. It wasn't so big at first, but the more you drive, the worse it got. We weren't sure, so we called to ask about it. They said it wasn't an issue and that it was fixed. After driving some more, we realized that this was too dangerous and had to drive all the way to Bakersfield again. It's about a 3-4 hour drive. They gave us a different car to use, but I have no words.

My vehicle had been in there possession for 3 weeks for a small dent when I received a call that my car had been stolen from the lot with the keys they have given no explanation or answers my car was somehow found immediately and completely damaged and stripped never use this place horrible and untrustworthy!!! Negative stars if I could rate them they should be shutdown!!!

Being a service writer myself i appreciate Joanne's honsty most people would be offended with her response she was straight up from the beginning in a professional manner and that is very hard to find she has confidence in her decisions and knows how to get her point made and that is why my wife and I made our choice to have our BMW repaired at your establishment thank you
