Today, I had the worst experience ever. So I asked the employee that I want to buy airpods 3rd gen and I also had to wait for half an hour and told me to go down the street and pick up your order from there. I also asked the employee if something goes wrong with it can I return it. He said "yes I guess 14 days" notice: he did not tell me about the restocking fee. How clever they are when I told him to cancel the order he said you have to pay for restocking fee.

Going over to Verizon after 10+ years with Att because of how careless they with me when the store was empty. The girl helping me ( ale ) answer every question by saying call customer service and they won’t answer

Pay close attention to your receipt before you leave! I stopped by this store after having my phone stolen. Steve N was kind enough to add on HomeTech Protection $25 and Protect Advantage $25 without my consent. This raised my bill $50 a month just to help meet his quota for the day. Not only did I get screwed by having my phone stolen, Steve N also screwed me by adding unwanted features to my plan! What a scam artist! I will be reporting this to corporate.

I walked in and one of the reps greeted Me. Im almost sure she was the one in charge at the moment. She was so Helpful setting up my watch. It wasn't immediately working, but she was super patient and got it done. I couldn't have done it on my own. I'm so thankful. I wish I got her name.

My wife and I arrived at AT&T to change our phones from Verizon. We were met with courtesy and competence, especially Jay. The manager was very helpful, but with some complication problems(not Att) we had gunslinger Saul and Arie come to the rescue. Outstanding employees of AT&T. I will share the news, five stars.

Husband and I went for an upgrade and waited for an hour. There was a girl sitting there helping other people that will walk in just left us waiting never asked if we needed help or anything every time we go in there so rude

ZERO STARS!!don't recommend this place at all. Bad customer service ? soo racist when I ask for their names was Jose didn't want to give me last name. Supervisor name domingo. Hispanics 1000% and they are not even want to speak Spanish ? really??? I do speak both by the way they are completely racist!!!They make me laugh ? conclusión do not go there
