I had a shopper’s perfect experience. I was treated like a valued customer. From the moment I walked in, everything went smoothly. I was shopping for quartz counters and sinks, and they had a wide selection of choices. They were so nice and the transaction was smooth. They even made me a breakfast burrito and hot chocolate while I waited! What a lovely company and family. One of Bakersfield’s jewels. Thank you!

Too bad there’s no zero star otherwise I’ll give this store a zero! My experience was horrible! And I promise you will never put my foot back to this place ever again. To make the story short, I was asking a refund because the Asian cashier made a mistake with my order. She was handling another phone order at the same time she was in the computer taking my order. So, she messed up and when it’s time for a refund she said I had to pay for restocking fee. I wasn’t agreeing with that and I said it in a very polite manner but she went on and on in a very argumentative way, disagreeing with me in a loud voice. I was feeling so embarrassed in front of other customers which at the time I saw all of them stepping away with their heads down. I knew they felt for me. His boyfriend was a nice guy and trying to convince her just to give my refund which she did after all. But trust me, you can find better quality granites, quartz, marbles etc at the other stores in Bakersfield with a superb good customer service. J Homes Improvement and CES Countertops just to name a few..

If you call and ask them if they know someone they can recommend you for installing your countertops and/or Backsplash and if they give you the name of PABLO GOMEZ… WRNING WARNING WARNING, DO NOT HIRE THAT GUY…. WORSE JOB EVER SEEN, HE RUINED THE GRANITE. ONLY 2 EXAMPLES, miss cut a full slab, so need to buy more, wrong mesures… left cause asking if will be fixed… quit unfinished the job. SO DO NOT HIRE HIM

Lots of inventory on hand. Very helpful. They made buying granite counter tops easy. I had been to 2 other local places and the Customer service at Apex was the best.
