“I have been living here for the past couple of years with no problems. Office manager, Perla, is always friendly and helpful. When there are any maintenance issues, it gets taken care of right away. In addition to that, it is also a very clean and safe community.”
“I have lived in a couple different apartment complexes and this is by far the most quiet and well managed. The pool is always clean, anytime I have had a service request there has been a repair person at my unit within 24 hours,one plumbing emergency they were there within 25 minutes. The manager for the complex listens to everything and seems to genuinely care about the people living there.”

“I am a resident at the cue and tonight after working an 11 hour shift i dropped my wallet in our parking lot and didn't realize it. However one of my lovely neighbors saw it and called the management to alert them to what they had found and i was immediatly sent a text from management that the sweet neighbor had placed my wallett on my car windsheild so that i may go get it immediatly upon getting my text to notify me that i dropped something important by my car when i came home. The management even checked the cameras to see exactly who dropped it. I'm so grateful and feel so blessed to live in a place that has neighbors who really care and look out for one another. As well as exceptional management. Surely if i had lived anywhere else i would have lost all my money and be calling me credit card companies. To whom ever found my wallet I'm very grateful !!!!!!
