I had a flat tire in their parking lot on Wednesday, 5/17/23. I called Triple AAA and waited there for assistance. It was getting pretty hot outside so I tried to wait in my car with the air conditioner running. So I wouldn’t kill my battery, I got out and paced back and forth waiting for help. While the tow truck driver was changing my tire, a gentleman from this establishment brought ice cold bottles of water out to us. This was above and beyond customer service, I hadn’t even entered the store. On a hot day, it was very much appreciated. Then, as I was leaving, another gentleman from the store offered to assist me in airing up my spare. Neither gentlemen owed me anything but they both assisted in their own way. Thank you both so much and God bless you always.

It's AM/PM. It's a good location too. They are very friendly here. You are always greeted when you come in. That's not always the case at other AM/PM locations. It's kept clean too. They usually are stocked up on all your treat, snacks, drinks for the on the go or road trip person or family too. The gas is usually reasonably priced too. Get the AM/PM app and save even more on your purchases. You can get free sruff too. Who doesn't like free stuff?

We were traveling this morning and the cashier greeted us with amazing positivty. It's so nice, refreshing to have your first impression of a business in this fashion. I was purchasing a soda after using the restroom, the same positive person let me know that I could get two for $3.00. We drove off and realized I had left my phone in the restroom. I called from my husband's phone and the same person found my phone where I left it. The store is older, could use a bit of a facelift but Angela is a bright light in the store. Thank you for the good vibes and your help Angela

Restrooms! They have restrooms which is a plus for that long drive to and back from Sequoia. Very clean.

The design of the pumps is ridiculous. There is not enough space between the pumps for two cars to park. I have to fill my tank from the right, versus most cars that I have seen here have to from the left. If one of us parks to pump gas, the other one will have to wait until you are done and leave so they can. Not even parking my car the farthest away possible from the pump helps. There is just not enough space!

A lady name star at the cash register was very rude. The nacho cheese was out. She said we're out I told her there another bag of cheese in there she looked and yes there it was.. she said I don't know how to put that on. And walked away. Very rude with a very bad attitude. Very disappointed in these new ampm. Usually there very nice and friendly she made me not want to go back or even fuel up.. please train employees my daughter wanted nachos. And no nachos Due to poor service.

Yall...just came into this arco this morning to grab a cup of coffee and some hot food with my husband and what do you know... the cashier lady was super rude. Let me tell you.. if you can't work in customer service and be friendly.. find another job. No way should a person in customer service make any person feel like they are a burden when you come in. If it wasn't for us customers.. you wouldn't have a job sweet cheeks.
