I was in the car while my friend was getting gas, they were walking up to the car when an employee from this establishment came running after them all crazy yelling at them. What happened was my friend was getting 30 dollars worth of gas but only gave the cashier 25 since a 5 dollar bill accidentally fell out of there wallet when in the car and didn’t notice. So this employee from this am/pm on mount veron Ave, decided to verbally harass and publicly shame my friend for his mistake he made. I don’t think that’s how an employee should treat a customer, and I believe this employee should work on their obvious anger issues.

I was getting gas at this am/pm then witnessed an employee chasing down a customer, yelling at them and harassing them because they got 30 dollars at the gas pump, but only gave them 25 in cash. What I overheard happened from the customer was that a 5 dollar bill dropped into their car when they were getting out, and instead of correcting it inside professionally. The employee chased down a customer, and started verbally harassing them. That was unacceptable behavior, and that employee needs to get there anger issues under control.

My friend went to pay for gas with cash they asked for $30 on the pump. My friend went to pay $30 but low and behold one of their $5 bills fell out of the pocket in the car. It's my understanding that since $25 was given the employee would only allow the pump $25 right? No issue with that. But why is it that your employee, didn't get the gentleman's name, came out and harrassed my friend publicly about the $5 difference? I did make a complaint to the store but they just seemed very dismissive of it. Does your business allow your employees to follow and harass your customers to your car and publicly shame you for being $5 short? He could have simply only allowed $25 to the pump and be done with it, simple as that. My friend didn't get the gentleman's name because they were very unsettled by a man approaching them with an aggressive attitude and him publicly humiliating them. Just wanted to finish gassing up the car and go. I am concerned as to why he handled this in such an aggressive manner. We use this ampm all the time because of the convenient location but this guy made us feel unsafe from coming back to this location.

I wouldn’t eat there at all
I’ve seen roaches on the fountain drinks machine
And my soda
It’s disgusting
Also the store smells like roach house I’ll should know I had roaches back home in Los Angeles

This store is disgusting. They reuse their cups that they don’t in the trashcan. They change the stickers on old food and put it as if it was new. There are roaches and rats all around the property. They pick up food or cups from the floor and reuse them as well.

The advisement showed a 3 pack for Ultra 6. 99, but this cashier, who is not from America, didn't understand. The other cashier said she was right and took the rab but he wouldn't change it. No wonder this place ace has low numbers, and don't forget we all look at reviews

Extremely unprofessional the one who has grey hair and looks like a bird and the one with the glasses are nut cases well guess what you will never get a penny from me and I will file a complaint on the violation of civil rights you are just a clerk your store is surrounded with homeless people you both had to be little a 5 foot 2 female who happens to be an economist well the chain is not liked in general charging some cents here and there California consumer affairs would be one place that can fix the attitude of these two

I drive a lot for work so I have to stop and get gas all time, I understand that their is a pandemic right now but if you sell gas to drivers like myself there is no excuse for your bathrooms to be closed! If you close your bathrooms because your scared for your employees ok fine, close your store and don't sell food or drinks just gas so that you don't expose your employees! But if you are going to be completely open and customers are going to be allowed to go in your and buy food, drinks, accessories then open your restrooms! Yes I will be posting all gas stations with closed restrooms, that have fully open stores!

I had to give it a 5 star, because it's been so long since I traveled to the east Bakersfield area / arena! It's still a great place to visit and eat eel Mexican food. Never forget where you came from....

Just left this AMPM and let's start by saying I come here all the time like 2 times a day at least and every time I come it's a good experience, except the fact that there is a HUGE amount of HOMELESS PEOPLE there or around and it's kinda annoying!.. they ask for change before u even go in the store... other than that the inside of ampm is always clean the staff is respectful and I've never had an issue there....good work guys!!!

This is a nice, friendly place. Always spotlessly clean. Gas prices aren't the cheapest in town, but they're close. I don't mind filling up here.
