I go quite often to many of the ampms here in Bakersfield. I can say the prices are convenient. But there are many panhandlers every ampms I go to. That is pretty much the only complaint I have. oh make that 2. The workers are very hard to understand. Other than that I rate them 4 stars.

Always like ampms . Women here at this location are always rude. It’s a good thing they just built a 7-eleven across the street. Better service there.

I went in to use the restroom while my husband filled up the truck. The door was locked so I went to the counter to see if I needed a key. The woman behind the counter pointed towards the restroom when I asked if I needed a key. I said yes, I know where the restroom is, but do I need a key? She got nasty and said over there and walked towards the counter and pointed at some square plastic thing that had a key on it. I said that she didn't need to be so rude, she angrily said its because "you don't listen !" She was angry, rude and nasty. Would give the place a zero if it was an option. And we bought $75.00 in fuel.

The worker's are rude in the mornings. Poor customer service. The evening guy on the other hand seems to have a better idea of what customer service means.

Very dirty. The bathrooms were filthy and the teller was rude. She asked me for my ID when I asked for the key to the restrooms and told me I had 5 minutes otherwise I could be charged for using the bathroom. then I went inside to purchase a drink and she refused to give me a receipt as she have me incorrect change. I recommend never go to the location because the service is horrible, the bathrooms are nasty and you could be ripped off.
