The auto-shutoff feature on one of their pumps failed. I was charged $15 over the normal cost of a full tank and the clerk was no help.
Edited to add: I left a message at the 1-800 number in April when this happened and never received a response. I just gave it another try, will update my review if/when I hear back.

I stopped at the store located at 2301 F Street, Bakersfield CA this afternoon around 2pm to use my app and get the reward for my free medium foundation drink. The clerk was rude, incompetent, arrogant, and unwilling to listen to customer feedback.
He did not properly ring up the item for me to use the scan feature on the app.
Instead I had to drive to another location 1.4 miles away just to get a drink and use my reward.
The clerk was incompetent, rude and unwilling to listen to customer feedback.

Employees are kinds friendly, location is semi clean. But female Employee on Monday 18th March at 4:09 pm. Smoking...no big deal but at very least when done throw it In the trash and leave on floor. While customers are walking by...

I hate this AmPm on F St. Bakersfield ca store the people are so rude there Unhelpful they barely speak to you for any questions that u ask their food is outdated like their sandwiches they have them in Middle Island are all dried up the egg sandwiches are dark yellow they never take your (change) to buy anything I don’t no if they no how to count change this AmPm is always dirty Outside and In it’s so run down no customers even stop there for gas or Food drinks like this morning at 428 Am September 20 2023 this refused my change for gas & Walk off like he was special he was rude me & Wife don’t want to come here no more because I seen to much Disrespect to customers me and other customers no more we come to this AmPm store will just go to competitor across the street !

The toilet is only for customers, the gas pumps don’t work well and you can’t see anything on the display board, the seals on the card readers have been torn off, the automatic doors have trapped a child!

Less than one star. Bathrooms are not for customers- so, travelers don't waste your time. There's a sign "bathroom for customers only", it's a ruse to get you to buy something. Bathrooms are not for customers. The food was sooooooo bad. There's not very many ways to ruin a corn dog- but, sticking a new label over an old one is a sure fire way to do it.

While the F Street AMPM has some of the best prices and the most consistent and easy to use card readers in the area, I probably would not suggest going here after dark.A couple of years ago a man threatened me with a knife as I was pumping gas here. Luckily my German Shepherd scared him off. Countless times since then, I have been accosted for money and rides.If you're going to chance this place, bring a scary dog if not a gun.

Among the best gas prices on the street. Only a $0.10 differential between credit and cash, which is effectively a rip off, but it's better than the one across the street with a 20-cent differential. No squeegees to clean the window. Kind of a shady crowd hanging out at the gas station.
