As the Executive Director of Marketing at San Joaquin Community Hospital, I have worked with Troy on many projects over the past seven years. In my role, I work with dozens of vendors across the nation; however, there is no one I enjoy working with more than Troy. Not only is he a great person, but he is committed to doing whatever it takes to get the project done correctly and on time. Just a few examples ... he has come in at night to install signage throughout the hospital that would be difficult to install during the day with all the activity going on. He has met ridiculous deadlines that most vendors would scoff at. And, he has worked to save money on projects that he could have easily charged us more for. Troy has printed large vinyl banners for us, installed permanent signage throughout the hospital and even hung our Christmas lights. There was another reviewer on here that talked about Troy and Advanced Signs in a negative fashion. In seven years and through hundreds of projects, I have never experienced this. Advanced Signs can be trusted with any project -- they are the best in Bakersfield without question.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!!! One thing I cannot stand is someone who hides behind religion for financial gain! Troy, owner of Advanced signs, is such a person. I had a large banner made for my business and it was not delivered when promised, the graphic work was very blurred, two banners were glued together rather than a one piece banner as expected. I first talked to Troy by phone and he advised me that he was the number one banner producer in Bakersfield and he stated that most sign companies in Bakersfield use him – I found this to be a lie after calling most sign shops in Bakersfield, all stated that they do not use him. I gave Troy the opportunity to make the banner as expected and he was arrogant and had no desire to correct his mistakes. I know two other people who have had poor work done by Advanced Signs and I am sure there are many others. Troy likes to quote Bible scriptures in his emails and on his walls but do not let this fool you, I have a very low opinion of this man!!! If you have work done by Troy, do yourself a favor and DO NOT pay a deposit. Make sure you are satisfied with the work before you pay.
