Contacted them for some braids. I was given a time, date and required to pay a non refundable deposit. The morning of my appointment I was messaged to change my time which I replied to immediately stating I couldn't. They never replied again until after I arrived to my set appointment. I was given my deposit back but they never messaged me again. To be clear; they wanted to push my time back a few hours which I couldn't cause of work but I was open to change dates and I asked if we could do another date but again no reply was given. From the looks of social media the work they do is amazing and I was willing to wait a day longer. It's unfortunate they lack customer care, or at least they did with me.

Just sad because I loved the energy . But my hair was not tamed at all. She started first row great but I’m guessing got lazy closer to the top.

Recently went to get my hair and was unsatisfied. I even had the same lady "fix" it and again after getting home to style my hair realized that my hair was not what I wanted. The blonde was more yellow then before. I will not be returning and do not recommend this salon
