There bread for the hot dogs are moldy the floor is always dirty machine for drinks or slushy are always dirty I never see anyone cleaning or making the store there top priority in making it feel clean and organized

My son and I stopped in not to long ago to get something to drink. When we walked over to the fountain drink there was cockroaches crawling on the floor. The place didn't smell very good either. I thought Southland or who ever owns 7/11 stores had standards

Read the sign outside saying card fraud. When i was Swipe in my card, they were happy for some odd reason. Thinking they put a chip reader on their card machine. It's best to bring cash and check your bank statements if something fishy happens.

I constantly give this location second chances since it is my corner store and im surprised that every single time they conclude to make it a disappointing experience from them never having hot foods stocked to acting stupid when they’re only job it’s to ring u up and stock ,today the lady was just sitting on an empty phone call letting the line grow I just had to walk out who ever pays the franchise fire that old lad and man now they are flying loyal customers out the door in a time that so much people need a job

Went in for my handicapped friend to get him GameStop gift cards ($50 I told her twice this amount) which he was gifting to a helpful teenage neighbor and the machine wouldn't allow debit, so the clerk requested I.D, to which I explained that my handicapped friend could provide the i.d and I could bring it in from the car right outside the door, but she refused. My friend, which was currently in quite a bit of pain already from a trip to the hardware store physically got out and went to the clerk to show id at which time the clerk did not even put $50 as requested now, three times, I had to grab another card to put $25 on since she put only $25 on the first card, apparently she did not understand the three times I said $50 ... On top of all this she was extremely rude with me and was on the phone the whole time. Absolute worst customer service I've ever gotten at a 711 anywhere. Also I must mention that they had way too many stands in front of the counter that looked cluttered unlike most which have it built in to the counter with hang pegs.

The beer cooler is full of toxic black and green mold because they never clean it. I can't imagine what type of health department violations are going on here. Tonight I went there expected a cold beer and got a face full of mold smell and could see it oozing and coming from the cooler shelves and the cooling system itself. I'm surprised this place hasn't been shut down.
