  Great Customer Service!!! I had previously been with another local copier company, but switched to 3D Imaging. I love my new Kyocera Copier- it has great image quality, but best of all, it's easy for me to use! Thank you Wayne, I love my new machine.

  Very poor customer service. Machines work great, when they are working. we are under contract with them so we will be using them until the contract is up then we will take our business to someone who cares about their customers.
