Lucio Sosta is a trained gunsmith, having been in the industry since 14 years of age. He was Parazzi U S A until a few years ago when he decided to open Wood River. If ur looking for horrible service, u have found the correct gun store. A guy named Tim refused to provide customer service and acts like his s**t don’t stink. I would never purchase anything at this store or ever walk in here again. They get an F. Extremely bad customer service.

Great place, great people. This is an establishment with soul, if I may put it this way. First off, Luccio makes one of the best authentic Italian expresso there is, bar none. ( yes, I have personally lived in the Rimini regione of Italy during the early to mid 90's) That alone should tell you something about this place and the people running it! Now to the guns, Tim has been around for a long time, specializing in stuff that most ppl have never heard of ( Swiss 49/210, Korths, Blaser, cosmi, etc, etc....) If you really want a run of the mill Glock, you can go pretty much anywhere, but if you are interested in something interesting, unusual, classy, highly precise, etc......then this is the right place. Tim has very good resources and the experience and knowledge to find what you want, or if you don't know what you want, he can work with you together and come up with something that would suit you personally. I've heard about this shop from an old friend for a long time before finally making it in, and oh boy, what a delight. Luccio is a wonderfully warm soul with his own stories to tell, having been with Perrazzi and one of the old school living treasure that we should treasure. Enough said, I hope you will be happy like I am knowing that there is a place just half an hour down the road where I can get expert, friendly experiences in firearms plus more.

Great place, great people! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience. The owners are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and will go the extra mile for their customers. Hit this place up you will not be disappointed!

I can't believe how lucky I was to find this place. I had a broken Aramberri O/U and Lucio hand fitted new parts, and went through the entire gun while I waited. Amazing service in this day and age.

Beautiful shop with some of the most exquisite pieces I have ever seen. The shop looked more like a gun club than an ordinary store, but then again the merchandise wasn't run of the mill. I worked with Timothy; he was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered the best prices around. I can't speak highly enough about this place
