“Once again, this body shop has exceeded my expectations and never fails to impress. However, I’d like to offer some advice to fellow customers reading these reviews—reconsider using Farmers Insurance. I cannot recommend them at all, as it’s one of the worst insurance experiences I’ve ever had.
To be clear, if you’re frustrated with delays, it’s not the body shop causing them—it’s your insurance company dragging its feet and not handling things properly. Without Joseph’s persistent efforts to stay in touch with my insurance adjuster, my car would probably still be sitting there.

The car choice that I made was the 2013 Mercedes upon arriving I was greeted with much respect, even though I had a little hiccups they were still patient with me and able to give me the best deal there was I was able to drive away with no check engine lights, no malfunctions with the car minor and I mean, minor wear and tear if I was you I would definitely go here and get a car. “After trying over 7 different car dealerships and being rejected I went to Ganas Auto in El Monte. I arrived 15 minutes before closing and Santiago was the sales rep that greeted me. I asked him if he wanted me to return the next morning but he insisted on helping me on the spot. We did an extensive inventory search for a vehicle that fit my criteria. I only had a little bit of cash for down payment but Santiago found a way to make it happen and although I ended up having to return the next morning he got me approved and into a 2018 Chevy Equinox. No lie Santiago had to move mountains and and turn water into wine in order for me to get one of my 3 choices of vehicles. There's many cars on the lot and other Ganas locations but I had my mind set on 3 located in El Monte lot. Santiago was thorough and assertive and determined to get me into one of my choices. Now my cherry is busted and I bought my first ever vehicle from an actual dealership. It took patience on my end but I'm super stoked. Thank you to Santiago and his supervisors at Ganas Auto from my heart. ?.”
