If I could give him zero stars and a big red flag I would. All the low star reviews are real. I wish I would've looked at Yelp before my dad took his classic truck to this place. Joe or Jose whatever he goes by is a very dishonest, unprofessional man and his work is not professional at all. Just like other reviews have mentioned he overcharges and leaves your car with potential fire hazard issues (loose wires on motor, melting), fuel pump put in the wrong spot, he also ordered a brand new bumper that didn't even fit the truck and didn't want to find the right part so made my dad keep it and he put the old bumper back on. Didn't even give us a refund. The motor was shaking so much when we picked it up, a few miles after picking up the truck it turned off, yes low gas but it wouldn't even turn on after putting gas in it. And Joe wouldn't even bother to look at it, he said it was my dad's fault for not putting gas sooner. I think we all know once we put gas in a car it will turn on. We called several times asking for receipts and he wouldn't provide them. He said we had to call when his receptionist came back from traveling or whatever and still I called when she came back and they said they have no receipts to give us. He's a fraud, and lies and blames customers for a car not working once he's "done" with it. His business is not at all worthy of being a business. Stay away if you want to save money. I'm not the only one with the same type of review. Do not send your classic cars here, he will take your money. And like one review said it looks like a 5 year old did the job yes it does. So sad to trust someone with a good chunk of your hard earned money for someone who you would know something of working hard to just take it and not do professional work in. Called BBB to report him.

My father took his pride and joy a 1966 GTO to get worked on. It was the worst decision he has made. He was told by the owner that he is a GTO specialist. He told may dad it would take a month and he (my dad) would drive off in a turn key car that would drive like a new car. He kept the car for four months. The car was left a mess. Wires were tapped with electrical tape like a 5 year old did it. Nothing aligned right. He left wires laying on the block. My dad drove the car home (under 20 miles) and the cables were melting. This is a potential car fire and a hazard. The breaks don't work. When my dad and brother went to correct the situation the owner acted like it was not his problem. My father is a senior citizen and a veteran. This man takes advantage of vulnerable people. We will never return and will take legal actions.

This place is not a good place to take your car the owner is a big liar and he doesn't keep his word you will leave the shop disappointed if you get involved with his shop he left me hanging told me one story after keeping my truck a year then he told me another story and gave me my truck half running after a year and four months

Dishonest and unreliable. I purchased a complete engine with everything on it as advertised. He removed a part and installed in on his own vehicle and his excuse was that I got more for the money anyway. Shop is a mess and disorganized and looks like a junk yard outside. Do you research first before doing any business with this owner and his shop.

This shop is amazing hands down any one with something to say should do business with joe first. He built my ss motor and has went above and beyond. Said 4 weeks was done in 3. I will forever bring my car here and no one else.Service: Engine repair

Destroyed my whip and this guy hooked it up big time. What a life saver honestly. The shop is huge and filled with badass rides. The guy does everything; do yourself a favor and take your ride here for the best any and everything.

Solo 1 Kustoms , had great customer service over the phone the receptionist was very friendly and helpful knew a lot about the parts. Made me feel this was the place to bring my car in for a diagnostic . Happy and satisfied customer..

Solo 1 Kustoms is a great place to take your vehicle/van/Truck etc.. They give the best most honest opinion advice and prices. The owner himself goes thru the vehicle and give you a price. Not a estimate because estimates can be miss understood. This shop is A really great shop. I will be recommending this shop SOLO 1 Kustoms to everyone looking to get work done to their vehicle.
