My wife and I moved here in Azusa 2015 and ever since we been shopping to this Grocery store. My wife is an Accounting with CPA Certified and im a Computer technician. We don't Steal and it's against our Principal and we can afford to pay for our groceries. My wife likes to get three to four clear vegetable plastic and place it in the cart. The cashier name SARAH ISIS ask me " What's in the Bag ?" Not in friendly way and I said " it's nothing just a clear plastic. As we are paying... she asked another cashier to check the plastic in our cart and said " Can you check the plastic in their cart ". The lady replied " it's just a plastic but Sarah is still looking at her so...the lady pickup the plastic and said " it's nothing just a plastic ". My wife and I was so embarrassed and no apology from Sarah. There's a million ways to ask the customer without getting offended but the way she say things are so unprofessional. Date 02/25/24, store 794, term 4, Opr 10119, trans 0456. We are not going to this Grocery store anymore and it's time to go back to Stater Bros.

Parking was horrible today, probably because of the bar/restaurant next door , they took all of the parking spots from Smart & Final, manager from Smart and final should go talk to the manager of the restaurant and control the situation.

I have been disable & cannot go around the store to get my groceries. This particular Smart & Final is in my neighborhood where I get my groceries. After being sick I need their electric cart or scooter they called. Every time I get there the scooter is either not charged or not in close proximity. They are always little irritated when I ask for the scooter. This morning I went their 9 am for groceries they were irritated & told me to get the cart when I could not even see where it is. Three employees were chatting there but none of them show any interest to get the cart or help the disable person. I asked for the manager they all said she is in a meeting. Managers are always in a meeting.When I insisted she came out and I complained to her. This store had a great manager who is no longer there but this new manager seems like not aware of laws in the land. She did not train her employees right. I may not be able to go to this store for groceries anymore for their negative attitudes. This will cause hard ship for a senior citizen like me.

I spend $200 a week here. Your cart locking system does not work properly. Every time, the cart locks up on me before even coming close to my car. How has this not been fixed yet? Terrible!!!
