As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the young woman working the floor. She asked me if she could help me find something. When we could not locate the shoes I was looking for, she showed me others that I might like.
When I did make my choices, the assistant manager helped me at the registers. He too was very friendly and helpful.
I have found my new "Skechers" store. And it should be noted, this store is 40 miles from my home. There are at least 2 other locations on my way to this one, but I won't shop at them. I was 100% ignored, especially the San Dimas location. The extra drive is worth being treated like my business matters. Thank you for treating me like a valued customer.

I finally found here what I was looking for. I have a lot of trouble finding shoes and even more so after a surgery I had, it is titanic for me to find something that doesn't bother me. The cashier went to look for the price of the shoes because people change them at the cash register. The boy is very attentive.

I'm waiting for them to open...the sign says 9 AM and the employees arrive late at 9:30 and they don't open yet. I come early to take advantage of the time and I don't know what time they plan to open...today, Sunday, December 31, 2023
