“The customer service is great. Jinesh was very helpful and the service was quick and efficient. He helped me do my DOJ and FBI Live Scan and answered all of my questions regarding the process. His answers were very informational. When I called ahead to see if they were open, he even gave me directions on how to find the store. I was in and out to do my live scan in about 15 minutes.”
“There was only one person attending all customers. She was very kind and patient with all of us. Kept on smiling and being respectful to all of us. The other girl was new and kept on asking questions to the "experienced" attendant. She kept on smiling, helping the her coworker while helping us at the same time. She worked very well under pressure. Never lost her temper. She is very good!!!! Keep it up (sorry I didn't get her name).”
