I love the deals you can get here, and the variety of shopping you can accomplish in one place. Great deals on kitchenware! This location has more plus size women's clothing available than other Ross locations I have been to, so I was impressed by that. The store and dressing rooms were clean and they didn't seem to be short staffed, as many places are right now.

I entered store at 9:30. The music was loud. They were cleaning, which actually is a good thing, but not when shoppers are present! There was a man with a cleaning tool cleaning the vents of the ceiling with a long handle. As I turned the corner a piece of lint fell on me. I asked an employee to speak to the manager she said she was busy I proceeded to tell her that the music was too loud and about the man cleaning the vents. She apologized. The music was never turned down.I am not a happy camper! Worst experience ever!
