Randy is very knowledgeable, with fair pricing, and is honest. I highly recommend him, he answers all my questions and gives me recommendations on my build. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF! I'm glad he is local, I will definitely be using his services again.

This is a rare find. Randy is honest and straightforward, very knowledgeable about my Jeep. I have taken it there and always gets the job done perfectly, with great timing and a very reasonable price.

Randy is the man to go to in the SGV area for all things offroad. He helped fix my driveshaft and even rethreaded a nut on a overtorqued leaf spring shackle for me. He was honest with me and gave me options so I didn’t have to break the bank on a whole new driveshaft. He communicated with me, and even called me on Independence Day to give me a heads up on the process.Service: Steering & suspension repair

My check engine light came for my jeep wrangler and after reaching out to Randy for what I thought may have been the issue, he was able to scan my car and let me know what actually needed to be done. Although he wasn't able to help me out he was able to refer me to someone that would be able to help me out.

Got myself a new truck and had a couple of concerns and at the same time wanted to dress it up a bit, they knew exactly what i was talking about and gave me some reccomendations which i went with and boy am i glad, everything matches perfectly, all the lines in my pick up line up with my additions and concerns, every time i go to get in my truck i stop and walk around it to look at the work they ddid for me, they know their buisiness and do a great job at it, be going back soon, Ray Fryberg Sr.

This is the type of spot that will make you feel uncomfortable if you're unfamiliar with what you need to be done. I recently purchased a lifted truck instead of helping me with simple answers you'll be met with condescending tone and a smugness given to customers. Nothing worse than someone who tries to make you feel bad for saying the wrong specific part name. This is like a doctor being condescending to a patient if you're the doctor or a mechanic in this case you should know specifics of the job and give me the information with no attitude. Anyway thanks I'll try somewhere else.

Went today to get an estimate for a lift for my 2018 F250, hoping to book something at Randy's in the very near future. I was referred by someone that had gotten some work done at Randy's, who had told me that Randy had fair prices. I took an estimate with all the parts that I wanted for a Carli lift instead of starting from scratch by explaining what I wanted and wasting Randy's time. Randy looked at my list DECLINED to provide me and estimate and asked me, (your looking for the cheapest, I said no I just want a reasonable price. He asked, if his estimate was more will I not do the work at Randy's). My estimate was $13,000 at another shop, which I thought was way to high, that's why I hoping to get it done at Randy's for a reasonable price, NOT FREE. I don't really understand his business practice. I guess he does not need the business. I don't recommend Randy's with his questionable business practice. I'm almost 50 yrs old and have gotten a lot of work done on my cars in my lifetime, first time ever this has ever happened.

Went in for a some sort of grinding noise and several display warning lights. Randy was very nice and willing to check out my Jeep no waiting involved. He gave me an honest opinion. Went to dealership and low and behold he was right on! Thank you Randy, I will be coming back if I need maintenance on Jeep. You won over a customer! Thx from the girl with the white Jeep
