Metropcs is the worst company. I called metropcs to have my other numbers ported to tmobile and they told me to go to a metropcs store, so, I did, asked for help with my transfer pin and I was dismissed and told they can't help me. And so, I need to call Metropcs again so the cycle of stress perpetuates. They might be cheaper at first but don't sacrifice customer support guys. To the guy that I interacted with in the store; I don't appreciate the lack of help in assisting me porting my phone numbers.

The guy that works there changed my passwords and personal information on my account and then turned off my phone after he tried to hustle me for a date and I didn't go. I told me to come back after 8:00 so that we could be alone and no one would bother us.... Just wow... This is very unprofessional

Very bad service because they open at 9 and they just charge you for the insurance and when you bring your phone because of a defect they tell you that you are not paying for the insurance so they keep the money

SCAMMERS STAY AWAY GO TO ANY OTHER STORE PLEASE STAY AWAY Horrible experience the shorter indian guy raises prices in me and refused to sell me protective items like the screen and case just so that I would break my phone and hopefully buy another ill never come back to this location and I'm considering canceling my account and going else where

If you want cheaper price with Metro? DO NOT GO HERE!! The Indian Guy (Manager) raises the price so he can get commission money for himself, other employee was charging me $540 for 2 new phones the moment the Indian Guy took over he raised it to $680 .. I also tried getting a Sim Card he was charging me $20 I went to a different Metro and they only charged me $5

On Monday September 11, I walked into this store needing to get on upgrade for a broken phone. I was interested on the Galaxy A54 5G the retail price on this phone was 469.99. I've been a metro pcs customer since 2013, so I thought that I would qualify for a discount from 469.99. I was told that this particular phone did not qualify for an upgrade and that the actual price for the phone was much more than the retail price of 469.99. I don't know why, I agreed and ended up paying 554.99 for this phone. I needed a phone and I was not thinking clearly. I felt scammed, after calling around and being told that 469.99 was the actual price. One metro pcs store actually told me that the upgrade price for the Galaxy A54 was 410.00 with upgrade. This store refused to refund me the difference and was told that they are able to overcharge on popular phones.I didn't have the money so I charged it to a credit card, now I have to pay financing on a overpriced phone. I am currently unemployed and this would be a financial burden on me now. I feel that i was taken advantage because I was in need of a phone. Do your research before walking into this store. Store owner replied but only acknowledged that they can do better in the future but does not take responsibility for fixing this past, unjust, overcharged purchased.
