Mancino doors and windows did an excellent job on the installation of our main entrance door and a garage entrance door. Augustine helped me pick the right door for my home. Joe and Ricardo job did an outstanding job at removing the old doors and installing the new ones.
They are professional, very polite, and listened to what I had to say. The experience was great from start to finish. It is refreshing to have reputable contractors like this, as they can sometimes be difficult to find.

Mancino Door & Window, Inc. (MDW) is a first class, 5+ star company. They are in a class of their own. They are unique in the sense that they are a full-service window/door company, so we only had to deal with one company from product selection (they stock multiple brands) to finished installation. Their team offers you expertise in the proper selection of the window/doors to meet your needs. Agustin was our representative, and his knowledge of their products is excellent. Once the order was set a 2nd team member rechecked the measurements, so installation requirements and sizing issues were validated and resolved ahead of time. The installers are first class -
workmanship, integrity, detail, clean-up, quality installation, materials; and exceptional responsiveness to the customer’s needs, desires, and concerns. That is what you will get from Mancino, Inc. Actually, our door frame was slightly damaged in shipping, but the company installer felt that it was better to have Augustin call the manufacturer to send a replacement door. rather than try and fix it. The doors are made to order so this was a big deal for the manufacturer to agree to replace the doors. That speaks volumes about the integrity of MDW. We knew we picked the correct company to do the job. EXCEPTIONAL group of people!

We replaced our windows with Milgard Tuscany Series. The installation was done professionally. They showed up promptly and were respectful, covering the floors and furnishings when they arrived. Removed and replaced shutters and curtains. The windows look great! I highly recommend MDW.

Where do I begin? Agustin, from Mancino Door and Window in Glendora, provided a quote. He was very accommodating when we made changes to our initial specifications. He even remembered a "special" request we made for installation. We knew we had a great price after receiving higher quotes from another company and big box store (Beware: payment in full is required before the job begins). THESE ARE PROFESSIONALS. I was proven wrong; the job (16 windows, 2 doors) was done in one day! Each team member knew what to do. On the install date, the team arrived before 7:00 am and were ready to go. Each team member was courteous and respectful of my home. Floor coverings and plastic sheeting were put in place. It was like watching a choreographed performance as they glided around each other and moved from one aspect of the job to another. Conscientiously working with only a lunch break, clean up began ~3:00. Each window and door install was caulked inside and outside. The work site was cleaned of all debris. I have been enjoying the new windows and doors in my quiet and cool home. Thank you Agustin and your wonderful team at Mancino Door and Windows.

Want to thank MDW for two beautiful doors installed yesterday. The entire process from store visit, to getting the doors measured, ordered, installation scheduled etc couldn't have gone smoother. The crew showed up, completed the installation much quicker than expected and left w/o a trace. Everything cleaned up, no scraps in the yard, no dings on the outside of the house etc. 100% professional from start to finish. I wish I had used them for the windows and door I had installed years ago when I moved in. Next time I'm ready for doors or window, only going to use MDW. Thanks to the entire team involved, from a HAPPY customer in Claremont... Cheers

We are extremely happy with the two doors we purchased from Mancino Door & Window, Inc. Our salesperson, Augustin helped us select the right doors for our home and he walked us through the installation process. Jose and Oscar, the installers were very professional, courteous and extremely talented door installers. They worked diligently and cleaned up meticulously after they finished the installation. I would highly recommend Mancino Door & Window, and be sure to ask for Augustin for your next door or window purchase.

Went to Mancino for a quote on a front entry door install about 6 months ago. Prices and options were the same as all the other local companies, but their service as not very attentive. For this reason I went with Hometime and could not be happier. Fast forward to this past week. I called and left a voicemail requesting a callback for some patio doors. It is now 5 days later and no one has returned my call. So their lack of service continues. I don't have time to chase you down to give you my hard earned money. Looks like you will be losing my business to Hometime, again.

The temporary slab door I slammed in there when we bought the house 21 years ago finally got on my last nerve. The gaps, the ever-larger screw anchors in the rotted jam, the dog-chewed molding, and the cheesy screen door all needed to go. Security is an increasing concern, so the door had to be solid, well-anchored, and perfectly plumb. Typically, I always do home improvement work by myself, but now I’m old and work too much, so I needed to hand off this project.Mancino Door and Window was referred to me by the security screen company. Also, they are based in Azusa where the local demographic won’t tolerate imperfect work, so I moved forward. I scheduled a measure and estimate visit with Saul (2 syllables) for 11.30 am. Being slightly neurotic I arrived ten minutes early and Saul and his assistant were already there, nice. They did their thing in just a few minutes, and we all went back to work.The installation was last Thursday, performed by a gallant tradesman named Jose. Jose arrived on time and from the outset he showed a clever system for keeping all the dust and debris out of the home. I tried to leave him alone because nobody likes to be watched while they work. But I kept returning to try and learn a few things from this man. Jose got it done in the correct amount of time. No time was wasted, yet nothing was rushed. The door is perfect! The hardware holes look laser drilled. The door is so perfectly aligned it will stay where you put it, yet it moves with the slightest touch.I intended to post pictures, but they won’t do justice to the care and attention to detail that one might notice in person. Don’t wait 20 years like I did. You know when it’s time for a proper door replacement. Call Mancino and get it done right.

We had such a great experience and customer service with Mancino Door and Windows! Their thoroughness, professionalism, and expertise made such a difference. Saul, the representative that helped us out inside the store knew the products, answered all of our questions and was polite and professional throughout the entire months process. Jose the installer did such an amazing job in installing both our doors. We do not feel any more air draft coming into our house! The installation by Jose and the products are top quality! The best part! Jose and his team cleaned up after their installation process and there was no mess left behind! We will definitely be returning customers! The entire team is great but please ask for Saul (Sal) and Jose for your window and door needs! You won't regret it!

Eddie at Mancino Door & Windows helped us with all new windows and interior doors for our home remodel (big project). Working with Eddie was by far one of the best experiences and smoothest part of a very stressful process. Eddie was always available to answer questions, offered genuine advice, and was quick to respond to any concerns we had. Our patio door needed replacement because of water damage after years of rainstorms. Jose and Oscar came to put in a replacement and their job was superb. After four hours the job was finished and my wife and I truly appreciate their dedication to their work. I rolled out five bedsheets from the front door to the patio, but they came prepared with their flooring sheets. Fantastic service and knowledgeable installers! Jose and Oscar were here at 7:15 a.m. and finished around 11:15 a.m. -- they were very thorough and considerate of keeping the place uncluttered when they left.
