I'm the president of J & A Engine Inc. I read the post by Juan Lobo... I looked through all invoices going back 3, (three), years and I failed to find such customer. The libel laws are particularly harsh in California. since "Juan Lobo" choose to put it in writing he is opening himself for a Libel lawsuit. I would expect him to retract such false statement or seek a good libel attorney at law.

I'm getting an engine rebuilt here from a recommendation from a respectful individual I know, ask for Art and expect to hold a conversation with and friendly and easy going person, they are busy and I hear it's good work that comes out of here, I did get a small tour of his shop and has lots of machines to make it happen, good luck!P.S. Just an update, got the engine back and I was really happy with it, though someone came by and wanted to buy the car it was sold, now I'm seeing about taking yet another motor here again, will update when I do!

This place is not a place I'd recommend they lose car parts over charge for parts , if your a person that has anger issues don't deal with the funny duddies at this shop .

If you are looking for an honest mechanic go there will save you thousands; another mechanic told me that my car engine was done went there they check it and fixed the problem.
