I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company today. I own a repair business in the diesel industry, and I recently ordered a part for a truck I am working on. Unfortunately, the part I received was incorrect.I contacted your customer service department and spoke to a representative. I explained the situation and provided him with the part number I needed and the part number I had received. He then transferred me to the customer service department. I explained the situation again and emphasized the urgency of the matter, as I needed to get the customer's truck out that day. I offered to drive the hour and 45 minutes to your location to swap out the parts myself. However she informed me that it was Friday and that the warehouse staff did not want to pull parts for will call on Fridays because they wanted to leave early. This was despite the fact that I was calling six hours before your closing time.I am deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service I have experienced from your company. I understand that it may be inconvenient for your staff to pull a part off the shelf, but it is far more inconvenient for me to tear apart a truck, drive an hour and 45 minutes to your location, drive back then reassemble the truck.Come on Gale you can do better then this, I know it's hard to find employees that want to work but your costumer service sucks!

First and foremost, I would’ve given this a four star review until this afternoon. Their products are very nice. They look very clean and look great on my truck. Was happy with the overall performance and gains that the Power pack bundle has added to my 2022 ram diesel. Now, with that being said, my truck has been throwing, check engine lights ever since I installed this power pack. I have contacted their tech department several times they have been very helpful. They have actually disclosed to me that they’re having a continuous issue with a handful of the newer rams. They don’t know what’s causing this and the recommendation was for me to put my stock Intake back on or just drive the truck with the check engine light on until they figure out a fix. Which they have been working on for a few months now. This was fine until I spoke to the salesman who sold me the kit, and I kindly asked him why he sold me a defective piece of equipment, knowing that there is issues with some of them, or didn’t give me any type of disclaimer. The salesman actually lost his temper with me a little bit and kind of got in a He said she said match with me over his tech department and the sales department which is not my problem. I just kindly asked them to refund me my money for this inconvenience. My truck has been at the shop five different occasions now clearing the codes and the codes continue to come back on. They charge me money every time they cleared the codes Not to mention my time. All of this has happened over 2 1/2 week. After speaking with the manager in the tech department, he was very nice but I’m still at the same conclusion. Basically we don’t know what to tell you. We can send you a stock intake That they pull off of somebody else’s truck and you can send us ours back. So they want to send me somebody else’s used parts Lol Because like most people that buy a new intake, I through my factory intake away after the install. That’s where this conversation has ended and I’ve asked them for compensation for this. I was kind and courteous the entire time and even offered to give them the information of my truck to try to help them out with this diagnosis and fix this problem for future sales. So here I am with a truck with a check engine light on that has less than 10,000 miles on itI know If Gale would give me a call and him and I have a positive conversation I’m willing to bet that he would refund me my $469 for the intake for my inconvenience. He seems like a very standup individual and I hope he reads this. Take what you will from my experience everyone. Have a good day

This was first experience with Gale Banks Engineering, but it won't be my last.I ordered a Monster Ram intake manifold and intercooler kit for my 2005 Ram Cummings.Ordering on line --- 5Communication --- 3. I didn't receive an email from them concerning the ship date per their online order site. When I called to check on it, I was told that their was some parts on back order. It would have been nice to have received a communication concerning that fact. It did ship within the time frame that I was given.Installation --- 4. Clear directions for the most part. I have worked on my own vehicles my entire life so I was able to read between the lines on a couple of things.Performance --- 5. I haven't had the opportunity to tow my 5th wheel with the system installed yet, so I can't rate that, but on the increased fuel mileage, I'm pleasantly surprised. On a trip that I do weekly, I've averaged right around 21 to 21.2 mpg for the past 3 years. When I made the exact same trip, with no other modifications, not even cleaning the air filter, the mpg jumped up to 24. A 13% increase, I'll take that anytime.

Friendly, curtious, and helpful as usual. New accommodations for visitors to sit and relax are great.

Don't buy from here. Original order was lost. Tried multiple times and methods to contact someone. Once contact was made no effort was made to ship out a replacement. Trying to get a refund now.

I recently(2 weeks ago) bought a high ram manifold and intercooler kit for my F250. The order got to my house in two days after purchasing the kit. I was really impressed about how fast it got to my house because it was roughly 80 pounds. After installing everything, I noticed the high ram manifold was for the wrong year. This is not Banks fault, my truck is 2004.5, if found this out from this and I'm not mad at all. What I am extremely upset about is that my truck has been down for the wrong part for two weeks. The reason I get from banks is that they are switching over software or they are waiting on the warehouse. The promised me it was going to be shipped out on Monday, I called Tuesday and they told me the item will be shipped out on Wednesday. Now they are saying Friday. I had to explain to them that I am in the same industry and if the item is on back order to just let me know. Right after I said that, they are telling me that the item is on back order, me and another gentleman are waiting for the same part. Plus, I'm still waiting for a phone call back that they promised me. WHY can't they just tell people straight up?!?! It's harder to dig yourself out of the lie! Now I don't think I will ever purchase another item from banks just due to them lying and trying to hide the truth. How can I or any other customer trust what they are telling us?

I've been a fan of Gale Banks and Banks Power products for years. So far I've installed the Banks Big A** air intake, Banks DPF-back Monster exhaust, Banks Peddle Monster and a Banks Data Monster and iDash gauges in a dual gauge pillar mount. While I'm disappointed that the Derringer isn't out yet for my 2020 F350 with the 3rd generation 6.7L PowerStroke, I'll definitely be ordering it when it's released. I'm already getting better fuel economy, which is even more important now with diesel prices being out of control. Plus my truck is just more fun to drive now that I can dial in the power delivery. Really appreciate Gale Banks and his whole team!

Not sure if I'd say I really hope Mr. Banks is aware of the poor customer service that is representing his name and brand as I love his YouTube videos showing all the hard work and research he puts into the products he sales. But makes me wonder if he is aware of what's going on behind the scenes of his business. I ordered a cold air intake for my 2020 RAM 2500 on 1/11/2022 directly thru Banks Power website. No where on their website did they mention anything about the intake being on backorder. I placed my order and waited over a week for my intake. Every time I checked on the status, it still said "processing". They took my payment so I wasn't sure what the hold up was, so I decided to give them a call. I spoke to a gentlemen named "Dennis". He mentioned that they were short of the material to make the housing for the intake. He said they should be receiving the material that week and that my order was #1 on the list and should be shipping out close to the end of the week. Week two goes by and no status change, so I decide to call towards the end of the week to get a status update. This time spoke to some lady who mentioned that they were just waiting for the material to make the housing for the intake. I was told my intake should ship out early next week. Week three goes by and yet, no status change, so again, I decide to call towards the end of the week and see what's going on with my order. I get Dennis who tells me that again, they're short on the material to make the housing and that they just received some so my intake should be shipping out early the follow week. I mentioned that's what I keep getting told is that the material is supposed to be coming in and that every week for the past three weeks my intake "should be shipping out the following week". Week four goes by and again, no status change on my intake. I called in the middle of the week and spoke to the same lady from week two. She mentioned to me that they were still short on material and that only a little bit of material was received and that they processed orders ahead on mine. I asked what do you mean orders ahead of mine? Dennis told me my order was #1 on the list. She tells me my order is #3 on the current list and that once the material arrives, they'll process it. I said you guys have been telling me this for the past four weeks now! She obvious didn't care and said well, we'll ship your order once more material arrives next week. I said you know what? Just cancel my order in which she was happy to assist. I ordered a Pedal Monster a while back and was impressed with their product and was more than happy to chose Banks for my aftermarket needs for my truck. However, I'm extremely disappointed after getting the run arounds with poor customer service, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. This place is a joke considering claiming "They are the best!". I would've been more understanding if on their website they at least noted the intakes were backordered in the first place. But then to lie to your customers weekly about the status of their order is completely unnecessary. What else do you guys lie about to your customers? Quality of products? Performance numbers of your products?

Good evening, I just pick up my 2022 Chevy Duramax 3500 Dually from Gale Banks Engineering. The staff @ this facility are the upmost professional people that I have ever met in the automotive industry. They installed the Derringer System w/ the I-dash Datamonster & the PedalMonster. They went over the product and test drove this vehicle until I understood the system. This is my fifth diesel so I do a lot of towing. I have a bumper pull car hauler, a boat, fifth wheel trailer. Just for the short time that I have been driving this vehicle the power is amazing with this product installed. I wish I would of installed this product on all my other diesel vehicles from the past. But what I can say from here on out, they’re will be Banks equipment installed on all my future vehicles. Thank you Banks Engineering
