Nice customer service, but no internet/have to walk outside, and they charge several dollars to tape a box or get a bag (cheaper than tape)—it was over four dollars to be able to return something, and they only take cash. Wasted my time.

Horrible customer service over the phone . Do yourself a favor and just go directly to the carrier whichever ones you are dealing with .
