Poor organization from the managment. like this store but, unfortunately I recently had an experience where I did ordered some items online to be picked at this store. My experience was very bad with the managers at this store. Although that my product showed ready to picked up no one knows where it was. They made me did couple trips on a period of 2 weeks with no straight answers; the manager at night or day time manager no one to seems what they were doing. The day time manager asked me to give her more time in order for her to to talk to others 2 people and write an email.. 3 weeks and at the end I received my refund because on they system reflected that I never picked my package. I had to reorder it again to be pick at different store this time.

How can the little cashier girl (didnt catch her name tag cause it was covered) get an attitude over doing what I was instructed to do AFTER READING THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BELL YOU ALL PUT OUT? personally I will never spend my money at this Dollar Tree thanks to that nasty attitude she has and her coworker just sitting there not correcting her behavior is also unacceptable so I walked out hopefully the line after me got helped promptly.

Can't expect much from a dollar tree for great quality items, however it does have household items that are use daily that are disposable and cheap. Nice location with plenty of free parking and friendly cashier. Also has a restroom and everything cost about $1.25, so not really a dollar, but still cheaper than most places.
