Good bikes but horrible electronics. Between my friends and i we have 6 of there bikes. So far 5 out of the 6 of them have had issues with the controllers. Me personally only have 500 miles on my 20 inch 750 watt ebike and am on my 3rd controller at $180 and they refused to warranty it. DO NOT climb any hill's our your will burn up your controller.

I'm all the way down here in Florida, and CSC is more supportive than dealers local to me!I bought a 2023 CSC RX4, shipped within less than 2 months, and as of writing put 1330 miles on it. I had my first coolant leak with the thermostat, replaced under warranty with no questions asked. It came in three days, and we (Dad and I) repaired it without further hassle.Their customer service is off the charts, and I can't think of any motorcycle dealer that comes close to how caring this dealership is! 100% recommend if you're looking for a value ride.

I ordered an exhaust system with fishtail pipes for a 1979 Harley Davison FLH. The cross over pipe for the left side of the bike made that side fishtail about a foot and a half lower than the right side of the bike and I had to bring the bike to a muffler shop and they had to cut and bend the pipe to get the right hight and cost me an additional $100.00 dollars on top of what I paid for this exhaust system. I’ll never buy nothing from California motorcycle company again!!!!!

I bought an SG 250 in 2021 and initially was fairly satisfied with it. However, I'm only at 4,100 miles and have had more problems with this bike than any bike I've owned previously. I definitely regret buying this. It would've been worth it to spend the extra money on something more reliable with a trusted brand. Yes, CSC is cheap. There is a reason for that. They use cheap parts that are not reliable and will present you with problem after problem. That's what you are paying for. Most recently it started accelerating on its own, without my hand on the throttle, mid ride, on a busy multi-lane city street. When I pull the clutch in, the engine just revs higher and higher until I have to hit the kill switch. Likely an issues with the throttle cable or carb, but not something that should happen to any bike that is well maintained, let alone one that has only 4,100 miles.I also had my clutch cable break mid ride on a busy city street around mile 3,800. I've owned multiple bikes and put on 30,000+ miles on a few of them and never have had a clutch cable break on me. Lastly, I had to replace a spark plug around mile 2,000(not a huge deal). These things come with a 1 yr warranty, I think, because that's about how long they will last before they start falling apart in your hands. I may try to fix this most recent issue with the accelerator and sell it on Craigslist or Cycle Trader, but I feel bad handing off this mess to someone else. Never buying from CSC again. You get what you pay for. There is a reason it costs under $3,000.

Bought a bike last week. Transaction was as smooth and effortless as the motor, which so far is a tank. I already went past break in within 1 week and smooth as my puppy. Plus CSC dudes are top notch in their game unlike my experiences with Honda...that's another can of worms altogether.

I purchased the RX1E online. The ordering process, frequent status updates, delivery tracking were all smooth. Sara was quick to respond to my queries. The motorcycle itself is awesome, for my use case at least. I knew what I was getting and what I was going to use it for, so even though the motorcycle has many limitations, I’m okay with it. But the best part of all is the after delivery customer service. The bike had scuffs on one side due to mishandling on the shipping company’s part. I contacted CSC after delivery, with a video showing all the scuffs. Wade promptly sent me replacements for all the parts that had scuffs. I deeply appreciate Wade, Sara, Matt and everyone else at CSC for taking care of their customers.

The folks here at CSC will go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Matt and all the other wonderful people such as Carlos will take care of your motorcycle as if it was their own. I bought a used SG 250 from a private individual and I had fell in love with its design. Unfortunately, the engine had a premature failure due to the previous owners negligence but with their expert support and comprehensive work, they were able to bring it back to life, even better than before. You can not go wrong with CSC Motorcycles, I highly recommend them to all.

CSC has been amazing to deal with! The customer service and the way the website is laid out is perfect. Extremely nice to be able to get on their website and order parts off of their listed schematics for parts. Bought a TT250 a few months ago and looking forward to be buying a RX4 from them shortly. I have had many people intrigued about this bike. One of my buddies just ordered a bike from them after seeing mine and inquiring about the company and the top notch service. I highly recommend this company.

First off great staff, and showroom. The guys at CSC are amazing, great knowledge and very helpful. The bike i purchased 23 RX4 is great. For the price I paid, I can’t ask for more. I’ve only had it for a month but I’ve had no issues so far.
