Sheryl at the check stand is amazing!!! If it wasn't for her I would be in line for latterly 15 min. She works twice as fast as the others who don't care, In my opinion. I hesitate coming since they closed the self checkout because it takes so long to check out. But today I stood in the right line! Sheryl's line was just moving fast along! Give this girl a raise she was pleasant and didn't seem like she was under stress and I let her know I appreciate her. This girl hopefully one day can become a manager and hire check out people like herself! Thanks target for an amazing employee

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE By an employee named CRISTIAN that works at the customer service desk. I went in to return an item and Christian accused me of it not being the original item and of "switching it out". His supervisor James came and ended up assisting us. James pulled him aside, and we heard him telling Christian that he was actually wrong, and that the item did match and that we would be getting our refund. Thanks again for help James!

Love Target but this location has gone downhill quickly. I walked in around 5:15pm on a Tuesday and pressed the button for assistance in the deodorant area where items are locked behind doors. I waited along with a couple of other customers for about 10 minutes all the while seeing 1 or 2 employees zipping past. I asked the employees at the order pickup area for assistance, they told me only Guest Services has a key. I go to Guest Services, the line was longer than usual. Waited there another 10 minutes and still no assistance. Asked an employee by the self checkout area for assistance, she told me to go back to Guest Services. Aside from leaving without what I intended to purchase, all lanes were closed, and only self-checkout was available. It was like a ghost town in there and when I was lucky enough to find an employee, they either avoided eye contact, scurried away or just didn't care. Will be going another location going forward.

First i want to start off with Ricardo an online order associate was the one to help and i appreciate it. For this target i would say it is not worth coming here for basic necessities such as deodorant or body wash. You'll be waiting for someone to come open a lockup for about 20 minutes. Not only that but their self checkouts are usually closed causing an extra wait time and for the store to look completely unorganized. The store is dirty and has a bad smell in the bathrooms. Their Asset protection i feel doesnt do their job either considering theres alot of suspicious people that clearly are walking out with items which explains why everything is locked up. Take a little bit of a further drive to eastland center where its way better.

This is one of the worst Target store! I was at the store on Han 24th. After shopping, I wanted to get a hot dog and a soda. I walked to the Target food counter and waited patiently for someone to help since there were no workers at the counter. After 10 mins, I went to ask at least 3 associates if someone could help me, and all they said was "no" or "I dont know." and walked away. I then went to the customer service, and someone told me she would get someone to help. A few more mins later, someone came, but she said she could only help me with pop corn, pizza that was already made, or bottle waters. I wasted 15 mins standing there only to find out that there s only one person work at the food counter and when she us in lunch break, no one can serve or no one knows or, no one cares. If Target can only afford to have only one staff member works in that dept, there should be a sign or a schedule posted so that no custimers would waste their time waiting.

this target is so ghetto everything is locked up in a glass and when you push the button for help no one comes even though there are employees walking around. also no employees at the registers idk what they're doing because they aren't helping anyone. I waited 10 minutes for them to unlock the body wash and they never came. I left without it

Drive up was really fast was helped by a young man didn't get to get his name but he did have a tattoo on his forearm very helpful and fast definitely ordering drive up again!

Horrible Target no one around to help even when you use the sensors buttons..!! We waited for over 20 minutes and no one came to help. We finally went and flagged someone down and was so bothered because he had to go get a key..! Won't be coming here again.. poor customer service and too many items were out of stock...

I was in a terrible rush and so worried about my lil kitty cat Sarah, who I barraged in a completely unrelated area, was nice enough to walk me to the spot I needed to go AND THEN when I required additional assistance, seemed to magically appear just for me. My favorite Target EVER!!!

This store just keeps declining. They are always out of stock of items in every department or have "limited quantities" so you can't even utilize Drive Up. Drive Up is preferred here because so many items are now behind lock and key. Who has time to be waiting for cabinets to be opened on every aisle? I always end up leaving with many 2 things of the long list I needed. The last time I did Drive Up, I was charged for an item and never received it, and was hassled about it as if I was the one mistaking. And don't even get me started on how dirty the location is (especially the bathroom) because of the homeless people that use this location and I'm assuming steal from. I now drive further to other locations to avoid this gross low quality Target.

This has to be the dirtiest target around. The carts are so disgusting and the grimy escalators only work half the time. Additionally the elevators stink like pee & the stairs are unsightly. The other issue is everything is locked up and it takes quite awhile to get assistance. Not sure why, its not like anyone is ever on registers. I am about to power wash the outside of the store myself.

Since moving back to Azusa in 2020, this has been my favorite Target by far. I always find what I need and the place isn't a mess at all. It was nice to get out the house with my son and have him enjoy it as well.He was also chillin and comfy in the cart with the help of his new puffy jacket as he was reading his new books

The store is a regular target. The problem is the amount of homeless people inside and outside the store harassing people. Y wife doesn't feel safe in the parking lot, on the stairs and let's not mention the elevators. If it's not the homeless people loitering, peeing, drinking or smoking weed outside it's the same homeless people inside blatantly stealing everything feom electronics to food. If theyre not stealing items, theyre harassing people inside the store to buy them what ever it is they claim they need. The city and the store have to do something other than park a cruiser in front of the store to make this are safer for the residents of the city. This is ridiculous. If Target can't make the store safe for the paying public, then maybe they should close up shop and allow another business who cares about the safety of its patrons set up shop.

I walked to the front of the store and asked for help in electronics and they had me waiting there like over 15 min .. i asked multiple staff and they all said they were sending someone and nothing.. until finally i got mad and they decided to help me out.. at this i am about 30min of a wait time ..

Worst target ever. Terrible attitudes, no one there looks as if they are happy employees. It's dirty. Only good thing is Starbucks, Angel is a sweetheart.
