I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received from your company. As a diesel mechanic, I recently ordered parts for a job and received the incorrect ones. When I attempted to exchange the parts, I was informed by customer support that they were unwilling to assist me as they wanted to leave work early. This occurred on a Friday morning, well before the end of the business day.I am disappointed that your company prioritizes the convenience of its employees over the needs of its customers. The incorrect parts have caused a significant delay in my work and have resulted in financial losses for my business and the willingness to drive 45 minutes to pick up the correct part.For all the constant bashing you do to your competition, it appears your effort would be better spent improving your own company.

Well at first glance pretty disappointed. Working on a project truck of mine and ordered a bank’s intake for it. Opened the box today to find out that I’m missing parts / it doesn’t come with the rubber couplers that holds the intake tube together! I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first, though maybe someone accidentally forgot to put some pieces in the box. But no.Opened the installation manual and in the general assembly diagram it basically says the four pieces I’m missing are not included. So they’re going to sale a complete intake kit but not give you all the parts.To be honest I thought ordering banks products were supposed to be a cut above the rest. Really disappointed, I will be returning my order.

Purchased a Pedal Monster for my 22 Toyota 4runner. In the beginning it worked flawlessly, except for when towing my small ATV utility trailer. My transmission would constantly shift (at a very fast pace) between 4 & 5th gear while the Pedal Monster was working, not so when disconnected....I TRIED NUMEROUS RESETS. I contacted Banks Customer Service a couple months back, a Rep answered the phone but wouldn't give me his name, he stated that I would need to do a reset... I told him that I had reset it several times meeting with negative results. He began to argue with me about asking about a possible software update to my unit, soon he became condescending and rude, still refusing to give me his name, I ended the call.... My Pedal Monster now hangs on my Peg-board in my garage like a skeleton.

I just bought, and install the Monster Ram for my 2014 Ram. It has the best instructions of ANY product I have ever bought! Very easy to follow. They said 6 to 8 hours, it took me less than 7. Great job.

Horrible place, no store. You can't even walk in to talk to anybody for parts or installation. Nothing is done at this location. They need to take these pics and everything off of google. They just lost a potential customer.Update/response: i will say that if google is the one in control of pictures, then i am sorry. It was a little misleading of a store type of scenario for customers to come in and ask questions about the products. Im sure Banks does very well, but with both positive and negative reviews online on youtube and diesel forums, there is no face to face value on sales and information that is just simply "over the phone" quality. For beginners learning how to make quality production come out of their vehicles, we would like to talk to professionals face to face. Its almost like anything else you buy, yes there is a lot online or over the phone but to be able to see things infront of you and get that face to face interaction makes it a lot easier to understand. Unfortunately, today, there is no accountability of someone's word. That's why i like to shop in person to physically see and interact with what im getting. That's not Banks, and that's ok. There are other companies. Thanks for your time.

I’ve bought many products from Banks Power! They r my brand! I’ve never had an issue with any of the many products I have purchased from them. Everything has went above and beyond my expectations, from performance to durability to style and profile I have been very pleased until my Banks Derringer tuner started acting up and throwing codes on my 2019 L5P Duramax, causing the truck to go into limp mode. After troubleshooting the issue myself and reading blog after blog without any luck I decided to contact Banks Power to see what we could do.(I had spent almost 1000 bucks on the tuner kit and felt like that was a lot of money not to at least try n find a solution) Customer service was second to none! A Mr. Steve Elliot was quick to get in touch with me and after a brief rundown and troubleshoot Steve decided to replace my Derringer tuner with a new one. He asked that I remove the tuner from service and when my new one came in that I send the one i had back so they could troubleshoot the tuner and see what could be done better for later products and models. All that being said I am not technology friendly but Mr. Steve’s quick and painless customer service was above and beyond and just excellent. He knew the product and was quite knowledgeable. I felt like he needed to be mentioned alongside Banks Power because without their employees Banks Power wouldn’t be “The Brand” nor would they sell vary many products! Atta’boy Steve! Thank you for the superb customer service experience!

First time ordering from this company. Not sure what to think. I placed the order and it stated it would ship in 5-7 days, it still hasn't shipped (8 days later) and no one is answering the phone or texts at the company, even though I'm reaching out during normal business hours. I ordered it as a Christmas gift and will be cancelling if it doesn't arrive before then. Very disappointed in the customer service so far. I will update again if they decide to answer their phone or respond to the text.Company did respond within a day, I didn't realize we were on different time zones. I do realize with the holidays orders can be backed up. With that being said, I want to thank Banks Power for the follow up and for putting a rush on my order. I was concerned about false companies because there are many of them out there in today's world. This is not one of those companies. I recommend them to all. Thank you again!

I bought the the Derringer and I Dash for my 2023 GMC Denali 2500hd l5p.Was not impressed at all,I was so let down because of all the videos of how great of a product they claim it is. I Also bought a Pulsar at the same time just incase because when something sounds to good to be true is usually is,well the Derringer sucks.Put the Pulsar on and night and day difference there is so much performance difference that you could feel in the truck.So don't wast your money on the Derringer get the Pulsar if you want something that works

Kate G at Banks was an amazing customer consultant ! She knows her stuff when it comes to the products she represents . She took the time to go Above and Beyond to ensure the my wants, needs and expectations were met and exceeded! The Banks app programmable Pedal Monster gave me the confidence to get onto major freeways and interstate ! The 2022 Ram H.O. with the Aisin transmission Needs the Pedal Monster!!I recently added the Monster Ram Air w/fuel line and Ram air rechargeable filter!!WOW!!! It's like driving a New Truck with no hesitation ! I haven't driven a TRX,however, this performs more like a vehicle that has had major modifications . Btw my emissions are in tact! Kate and The Banks Team have been Amazing! I could go on and on about their customer support and expertise ! I'm Grateful for The Banks Team and Kate!!! Thank You!

Just installed the Banks differential cover on my 05 LLY duramax . Right off the bat there is a 100 degree temperature drop .Several months back I had a monster exhaust system installed and I have a banks intercooler system sitting in the garage waiting to go in before winter . This is my second truck using exclusively banks products . Don’t even waste your time installing anything other than Banks products .

I work at a shop and our customer ordered parts and ordered wrong year kit but correct truck so a fuel line for the monster ram heater delete kit came with the wrong fuel line for number 1 cylinder, I called and banks has the best customer support in the entire business!!!! Next day the correct part to my shop no questions no fault just some of the best service I've had in a very long time I wish the rest of the world took care of their customers like Banks and happy customer happy technician and happy shop

So i have had nothing but a great experience with banks. I’ll start with. I had an issue with one of my couplers on my boost tubes. The issue I had was the center coupler continued to blow off during high boost and my truck would not go into regen. I posted on a Facebook group with my issue. And it about an hour An individual that works for banks reached out to me on his day off to help me with my issue. He sat on the pho with me for an hour to get my truck to go in to regen and explain a lot of stuff to help me understand what was going on with my truck. After that over the next couple weeks he helped me figure out the coupler issue. My coupler continued to blow off and once while I was hauling my camper. He would continue to contact me even on the weekends to help. In the end he ordered a new coupler and sent them to me over night. Banks is still working with me to make sure my issue is resolved. I say all this to tell you buying aftermarket parts can have issues ( nothing is perfect) but the people at banks have gone above and beyond to help me with my situation. I would recommend anyone to purchase parts from them. Their products are top notch and if there is ever an issue they will work with you to make it right.
