I bought a pedal monster and idash from Banks. I never installed it because I was worried about voiding my warranty. I know just remove it before you go to the dealer. I didn’t want to bother with doing that. I called Banks to return the product and they helped me out (after 2.5 hours) on hold and waived the restocking fee and sent me a prepaid ups label. Yeah the wait was long but they took care of me in the end. Solid company and I’ll definitely be back when I get over my warranty fear. Wish more companies operated like Banks.

There products might be great but there customer service is not. I placed and order around black Friday. It is understandable for them to have a lot of orders. The issue is there lack of communication, instead of talking to there customers they shut the phones off and leave you with any way to find out what is going on with your order. 8 days without a tracking number created and they send out one way email saying don't call us we will call you.
Update: After 15 days without a tracking number I decided to cancel my order. When I called in the customer service rep was nice and said “ no problem I can do that for you”. I will assume because they did not inquire for the reason of cancellation, that I am one of many cancelling for poor service. The only good experience I had with banks was placing an order online and cancelling over the phone.

Ordered and returned before unpackaging.
Boost tube install requires altering the procedure to remove and replace the oil filter (see Banks boost tube install page).
Banks recommends a partial disassembly of the Air Intake from the turbo prior to removing or replacing the oil filter, then the oil filter will be removed from the TOP of the engine bay. The procedure is awkward and is a tight fit. Not afraid of wrenching; I recently installed the Monster Ram Intake, and I'm stoked about it.
The addition of the boost tube requires too many steps and too tight of a fit to install the oil filter: reaching down requires having to contort one hand under the canister to cradle the bottom then finger walk around the filter while spinning it to find the threads.
I'm confident the boost tubes are a good product; I just don't need the complications added to a routine service.

Hi all, I just had my Banks Monster Ram installed by Strictly Diesel here in PHX AZ!! Highly recommended!! I can’t say enough about this Shop! But here’s the bad news, the Banks Ram-Air gives me engine check lights every 120 miles or so. I talked to tech support and it’s a known problem and they are working on it but I will be returning it! Thank you Banks for understanding my concerns and doing to right thing!!!

Been on Hold for an hour so I decided to hit 9 for a call back; it would not work! after about 6 tries it finally went to the call back option; I missed their call back due to doing other business, I called back and hit zero the person that answered just sent me right back into the que! this is a joke, albeit I'm on the phone due to FedEx and their delivery failure; and a drug induced comatose driver! I have now been on hold for an hour and one half, not including time waiting for the call back.

Ordered a set of shorty Torque Tube ceramic coated headers for my 2006 Lincoln Mark LT 4x4 awhile back and they have greatly reduced the under hood temp and it sounds and drives much better! Very pleased with my purchase. (Paired the headers with a Gibson Monster Truck muffler.) And plan to add Flowmaster high flow cats in the near future.

Still waiting for a Banks diff cover for my Dayna 80 Axle. Been waiting since they introduced the diff cover. Looks like us Dayna 80 owners are going to be left out. VERRRRRRRRRRRRRRY Disappointed.

Purchased an banks intake elbow had it installed. Keeps blowing the fuse our shop keeps calling Banks and are not getting any help. To me this does not even give them a 1 star rating

I have installed a new Banks intake filter, a new 4 inch exhaust pipe, and a new differential cover, there is a small selection available for Ford 6.7 L engines from Banks. So I was forced to go to SPE for other products upgrade, but if you made an upgraded intercooler for a 6.7 L diesel that would be great !

I won’t bore you with what you already know which is Banks engineering is one of the top manufactures of performance as well as a pioneer in the industry what I’ll share with you is I was able to leverage that history onto my Lexus RCF with The pedal monster and Idash which allows me to monitor my engine in real time Well, done They earned a place on the back of my window

Had this kit for awhile now and it made me change my review. Absolutely in love with the performance and the sound this kit added to my truck. Installation was tough without a lift but man it was worth it 100%

This is the first time that I’ve used BANKS wish I would’ve done it a long time ago with all my old trucks. From the beginning to the end, my initial talk with Jay. He was a character and then I came for the Install. I brought donuts to show some love. Everybody’s very appreciativefrom the lady in the office to I guess he would be the superintendent riding that scooter around and the actual installer they were professional, courteous, super clean and OCD just like me ! I appreciate everything and will be back for more work once I can afford to have it done overall 11 out of 10 thank you BANKS and all the people that represent you . Thank you Brian Swink. Future lifetime customer
