I was in search of a Speed Queen classic washing machine and dryer and couldn't find anything in stock in my local appliance stores. I almost gave up but figured I'd give Azusa Sales a try even though they are like 30 miles away from me. The sales rep Autrey knew exactly what I was looking for. I was able to make the purchase over the phone and they even delivered to my home in Downey the next day as promised free of charge.The delivery guys removed my old units and installed my new Speed Queen washer and dryer. They were very professional and courteous. The sale, delivery and installation were quick and easy.

We had been looking for a washer we could take home the same day, we tried Home Depot, Lowes and Best Buy and we were completed disapointed with each store.As soon as we walked in Azusa Sales, we were immediately helped and we took home a washer that same day! Great customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention reasonable pricing!Save yourself a headache from the big stores, and visit Azusa Sales for your home appliances!

Very nice men told told me how to measure and look for the right size where no one else did I would highly recommend them to anyone buying an appliance because it's just not a sale to them they care about their customers.

The guy we've bought from has always been helpful and got us what we were looking for. Their prices are better than Home Depot, Lowe's, or Costco. He'll let you see the product description on a competitor's page so you can see you're getting a descent deal. We've bought a washer, dryer, and now a stove/oven. Glad to buy from a local business!

So Home Depot gets paid by manufacturers to display washers and dryers. The only machines they have available to take that day are ones that the manufacturer decides to no longer display. Frustrated I went to Azusa appliances, the knowledge of why a machine cost less or more was explained. Ended up with a machine that I feel good will suit my family's needs. Support local mom and pop shops, the big box stores don't care about you. Looking forward to our next purchase from them

My go to place for appliances. Azusa Sales has reasonable prices and good quality items, and very good customer service. The dishwasher I bought from them 17 years ago is still going strong. I prefer them to the big box stores as they give more attention and seem more like they care. My parents went there too, in the 60's and 70's and were always very happy with whatever appliance they bought. So good quality items and good customer service appears to be their gold standard for many years. Now my kids go there too!

I did my transaction on the phone. They had a fair price and all, The price for delivery is reasonable The guys they have doing the delivery are 1st class dudes. All-in-all a good experience.

I have made several purchases from this location and went back again to find a great price on a washing machine. The service was friendly, well prices and fast! Found my item quick and was out within 15 minutes. I woll be back!

I called to ask if they deliver I was in need of a washer and dryer, you would think, if they bought a set the washer and dryer that they would charge you for one service fee to deliver, but instead they want to charged per item.. totally rip off.. No Thanks...

I love love this store!! I had ordered a new fridge from Best buy and the order had to be rescheduled TWO times. Each being 2 weeks out. The 2nd time I wasnt contacted, via email, until late the day before the delivery. I had cleaned out my old fridge and removed it to make way for the new one. That being said, I had to put all back! I finally cancelled the order for fear of it happening again. I had to start from scratch. I luckily found Autry and Dave. They saved the day! And no 45min phone wait!!! I got my fridge in less than 2 weeks. Ill buy ALL my appliances from them from now one. Thank you guys!!!!
