809 N Azusa Ave, Azusa“Sheryl at the check stand is amazing!!! If it wasn't for her I would be in line for latterly 15 min. She works twice as fast as the others who don't care, In my opinion. I hesitate coming since they closed the self checkout because it takes so long to check out. But today I stood in the right line! Sheryl's line was just moving fast along! Give this girl a raise she was pleasant and didn't seem like she was under stress and I let her know I appreciate her. This girl hopefully one day can become a manager and hire check out people like herself! Thanks target for an amazing employee”

My daughter had her bday crown on and the manager gave her treat and said Happy Birthday! overall great service, way better than Bank of America.”

So I'm giving this branch 4 stars because of Victor assistant vice president for all the help he did for me. Thank you Victor.”

700 N Azusa Ave, Azusa“I was on my way to pick up my Mom for our Saturday food run at the San Gabriel Valley area. Before doing so, I needed to go to Wells Fargo Bank (WFB) to exchange lots of rolled up coins for some bills. I found this WFB off of Azusa Ave which is less than a couple miles from the 210 Fwy. I said perfect! I didn't know that this WFB is in a historic building built in 1906. WOW!!! That is about 118 years old. Amazing how historical sites still surround us in today's times. I felt like I was banking in the past, but in modern colors. The old door trimmings were still in tact. The steel gate outside of the vault is still there. The high ceiling beams had beautiful art. I was admiring the look and feel of the bank while standing in line. It was humbling. I actually had a tearful moment. Maybe I was there before at one point in a past life... who knows. Anyway, it was very busy. There were about 20 people in front of me. I stuck through it. Once it was my turn, I walked up to the bank teller and started engaging in the exchange transaction. Bank teller was pleasant and friendly. It took a little while for them to count the rolls since I had a few hundred dollars to exchange. They have these trays to help them expedite the count. Funny, the bank teller thought one of my penny rolls was short so she had to take out one roll and double check which was fine with me. I didn't take it personally. I want to make sure the bank got the right amount of coins for the bills they were going to give me LOL. It should always be a fair and even exchange LOL. After all was said and done, bank got my coins and I got my bills! Thank you WFB!!!”
“I was greeted and attended by Marla on 12/15 and I'm so glad people like her exist! She is what customer service used to be pre-pandemic and I'm so glad she has not lost it. I loved that she engaged with me over my breakfast items, asked how I was doing and if I found everything okay. The younger employees could learn a lot from her. Thank you Marla, you made a simple trip very pleasant. Last night 12/27 I was treated by Alan B, as he bagged customers groceries. Great approach! During my visit I asked if there was more tomatillos as it was completely out, he went looking for the attendant in that area, confirmed that he was on his lunch and then proceeded to say "let me go check the back" mind you there were 2 registers open and they were getting backed up. Alan B. back and said they were all out. Sure I left without the tomatillos but it's the fact that he did all he could to help me and then communicated that the shipment would arrive next day. Just like Marla, the younger employees can learn a lot From Alan. This is my home store and it's disappointing that in every visit the customer service is poor! But you both demonstrated awesome service, thank you”
